“trying to use pac number and keep old mobile number impossible one company blaming the other getting no where, gave up in the end and had new number after 12 days hopeless, not e2save fault but was told after e2save is part of carphonewarehouse and they were part of the problem”

“The reason i rated you as Very Poor is for the following reasons. 1) I received a text message and an e-mail to notify me that my delivery would arrive on such and such date , between such and such time . I moved all my plans to accommodate your delivery service. I was home waiting for the delivery 30 minutes before scheduled and 30 minutes after scheduled time . My doorbell is in good working order, but just to be on the safe side, i left a note on the door to let the delivery man know that he could call me on my number if for any reason no one appears at the door. When i tracked my delivery , it stated that my delivery was refused . This was a lie . I sent a complaint to customer service , I did not receive a reply, I till this day do not know when my delivery will arrive or where it is. No reply, no apology , and no delivery.”

“Placed order and received my phone the following day! I submitted application at noon and come 16:00 I hadn't heard anything so gave customer services a call. They told me that credit check hadn't yet be done. The reason for this is I was told that EE had different info in their system so it wouldn't go through. I called ee and it turns out that they hadn't changed my address so address didn't match. That was changed so I called e2save back And it went straight through no problems. (The reason this happened is because I already have ee contract) Overall very happy. Awesome handset price- by far cheapest price on market and great tariff. Had to call customer services twice and took around 15 mins to speak with someone. I also wish that e2save would have informed me that they were unable to do credit check. I only found out because I rang them after 4 hours. If I hadn't have called them I probably wouldn't have got my phone next day. Will definitely use this company again.”
