“Product: Delighted Delivery: Really bad. ... I entered an alternative delivery address during the order process. It seemed to be accepted, with the website filling out the address details. Next day, the products were brought to my address, whilst I was not at home. I had to arrange another delivery day, then resend the package, at my expense, to the alternative address I had specified during the order process.”

“Very disappointed as one of the saler didn't mentioned the phone I bought was refurbished,Iwas astonished when I've opened the parcel there was no phone box,not sealed no earphones and when I be called you the lady told me to send me the earphons witch I've recived and a cheque of £25 witch I've not received yet”

Hello Aissa, Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear that you weren’t advised that you would be receiving a refurbished handset and that it also came without earphones. I have tried to call you this morning in order to discuss but unfortunately I was directed straight to your voicemail. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee earphones with refurbished handsets due to hygiene reasons. I’m also disappointed to hear that you also haven’t received your cheque for £25.00, we allow a maximum of 6-8 weeks for these to be received. “Was really unhappy with my current contract provider EE, So set on getting a new phone provider, I ended up using e2save for the simple fact I got my phone free and an lg smart watch for the same price I would of paid if I had ordered direct from 02. When my upgrade is due I will be back to see what there is to offer cheers again guys.”

“I t was an excellent Service, the product arrived to the minute promised at 12-33 pm. My only complaint was there is very little help to set the phone up for "old codgers". who are not familiar with high "tech" . Other than that I could recommend it fully”

“They made credit check under wrong person and didn't seem bothered about it when I called. It's cost me 28 pound and still ain't sorted. They wasn't very helpful at all. It's a shame. ( I still haven't had a call from you to sort this out you clearly don't care about this problem. Long as you get your money you don't give a dam. If you wanna sort this out then call me on 07508365420 between 9am to 10:30 am or between 3 pm to 5:00 pm as I work. I think you should pay my bill after what you have done.”

“I was given the incorrect phone number for my new mobile. It took a long time to sort this out (long phone calls), the matter was resolved, but it was dealt with as though the error was mine and not either E2 save or Talk mobile's; and apology for the inconvenience and a credit of wasted minutes would have been thoughtful and would have been appreciated.”

“Very pushy sales team, incorrect tariff rate that I am now chasing O2 for correction! Your sales calls are made every day (sometimes more than tree times a day) for two weeks before your renewal, this is just far too much like harassment! Please in future limit this or it will be a service I will not use again!”
