“Always wary of buying reconditioned phones. Recieved phone that didn't work, so it shows how good their QC department is. Sent back straight away and still waiting. Avoid at all costs.”

“Terrible!!! I think this is a sc can't as I've tried to contact them via the phone number they cold called me on and the line went dead. I have emailed them on all 3 email addresses to cancel my order without a response and one actually bounced back as it no longer exists. Do not used this company!!!!!!”

“Having loads a problems tryin to transfer very disappointed next time I get a call saying I can have an upgrade I will be turning it down flat!!!! I don't like the hundreds a apps on it either which will not delete jus go back to factory settings these apps. I will never use they jus look ugly on the phone using space which I want for my personal things!!!”

“1) The deal was quite a good deal. 2) It is a shame that the refurbished S5 didn't come with the ear phones and manual. 3) E2Save raised the invoice for 6/4/15 and advised O2 of that date which caused a problem as O2 made the start date of the contract 6/4/15, Easter Monday, and the phone could not and did not arrive until 7/4/15 the Tuesday because of the holiday on the Monday. O2 then charged me for an extra day, the Monday 6/4/15, when I did not have the phone. After sometime in discussion with them they relented and have given me a refund for next month's payment for that day, 6/4/15. They told me that it was my phone/contract suppliers' fault, i.e. you, and not theirs and that I should refer the matter to you. I pointed out to them quite strongly that the contract could not start until I had the SIM and that did not occur until around 1225pm on 7/4/15. I believe E2Save should make sure in future that for any contract that starts after a Bank Holiday the Network Provider is properly aware of the accurate start date!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
