Claimed to be calling from Carphone Warehouse. Applied the deal to the incorrect account, actually increasing by charges. Staff agreed to carry out actions they did not follow through on. Absolutely dire !!

False advertising of a free gift, incredibly poor customer service that involved the customer calling them to remind them and chase, broken promises for call backs, broken promises as to actions, lack of problem ownership by any member of staff, line management presence absent throughout.

Im disappointed with the waiting time on phones dissatisfaction with way call dealth with not happy with the way my query was resolved passed my credit score then when tried exchange didn't pass at all

My phone hasn't arrived yet! I sent this review already but then Mohammad tried to call but I was outside. He sent an email asking when was a good time to call so I replied saying call me now. The email bounced back. I tried to call and was cut off twice after waiting in the queue for 10 mins. Not impressed so far! My numbers are 07813687362 or 01852 300509

I've choose an IPhone 6 with 40Mb internet, as displayed on the website, While the process was done, didn't notice after 2 months that the 40Mb was change to 5 Mb on the invoice. Call ee, unfortunately they can't do anything about it, now paying a high price plan for 2 years.

The upgrade that I was offered proved to be not good value. I had to send the phone back because you were not willing to negotiate a deal that was fair.

E2Save phoned me on behalf of carphone warehouse as my current contract was due to expire. A lovely girl spoke to me on the phone and advised the best deal for the phone I wanted (iphone 7 plus 128gb) and contract provider (EE) was £44 a month and £319 for the phone with 2gb internet, 1000 mins and unlimited texts. 1 day prior to shipping I look on the E2Save website and see the same phone (iphone 7 plus 128gb) with EE for a better price of £289 and a better contract 5gb internet unlimited mins and texts for £35 a month.. so I phone and ask if I can have the better contract and phone price, they say I have to cancel and re order which is a lengthy process but as the saving is great I do it, near 1 hour on hold to customer services. When the phone is delivered the next day it is the wrong handset (Iphone 7 instead of Iphone 7 Plus). So I then have to send the phone back and I am still waiting for my new phone when I was meant to receive it on release date. I am not happy at all with the service and wouldn't recommend E 2 Save to anyone.

Fraud fraud Fraud Beaware E2save are fraud company.ordered paysgo o2 sim with the phone but never received promised airtime.try ro speak to them first they ask me to speak to o2 but o2 got nothing to do with e2save then they ask me to go to carphone warehouse with a lead number but they got nothing to do with this fraud company know i just want my money back and i can go as far as i can

Not happy at all applied for an iPhone recieved an old Nokia and then was told when I phoned up the email saying I was accepted for the iPhone was sent in error so I applied again and the same happened !!! This shouldn't be allowed

Your phones may be returned to you as they don't work. EE keep pushing me off with different exsueses. I need my phone for my work ( no phone, no work ) as I have had no phone since Thursday I am loosing work. If this cannot be sorted today 15 th June you will get them back and I will go to Vodaphone.

My SIM card was deactivated before my new phone arrived. This meant that I had no mobile for at least 48 hours which caused me a whole lot of inconveniences

To Whom it may concern, I am deeply unhappy with the service I have received from you. firstly the caller who called me identified himself from the Carphone Warehouse. You are not Carphone Warehouse and I would NOT have agreed to an update from yourselves as I have gone to the Carphone Warhouse for many years where I have received an excellent service. Secondly I was told that I would need to put my phone sim card into my new phone when I received it. My phone went out of use approximately 1 hour after I received a phone call from yourselves; I was then left without the use of my phone from Thursday 2nd June until today Saturday 4th June. I was on call from work on 3rd June without the use of my phone which caused quite a few problems for me in my place of work. Thirdly I was sent a handset which was faulty and had to contact EE technical services. I spent 2.5 hours of my Saturday going through different processes trying to get my new handset to work. It wouldn't work as it is faulty. I then went to the Carphone Warehouse where I was told this had nothing to do with them. They were extremely helpful and agreed that your caller should not have identified themselves as being from their Company. I am returning the handset to you and do not want a replacement from yourselves. The only contact I wish to have is confirmation of receipt of the handset and a written apology for the way I have been treated. This has truly been an appalling experience and I shall guarantee that I will never recommend you to anyone. Regards Julie Ranson

I had thought from the caller it was Carphone Warehouse I was dealing with. The deal itself was fairly good but my old phone was cut off early and then the sim for the new phone when it came did not work. I was left without a working phone for 3 and half days. Had to go to an EE shop for a working sim. No follow up or back from E2save. I would not recommend buying from this company.

phone came quickly, still waiting for a sim card been without the for 4 days and as soon as i cam off the phone my old sim was stopped. no way of phoning to complain and can not use 150 number. mind the new phone does make a nice gameboy!
