To Whom it may concern, I am deeply unhappy with the service I have received from you. firstly the caller who called me identified himself from the Carphone Warehouse. You are not Carphone Warehouse and I would NOT have agreed to an update from yourselves as I have gone to the Carphone Warhouse for many years where I have received an excellent service. Secondly I was told that I would need to put my phone sim card into my new phone when I received it. My phone went out of use approximately 1 hour after I received a phone call from yourselves; I was then left without the use of my phone from Thursday 2nd June until today Saturday 4th June. I was on call from work on 3rd June without the use of my phone which caused quite a few problems for me in my place of work. Thirdly I was sent a handset which was faulty and had to contact EE technical services. I spent 2.5 hours of my Saturday going through different processes trying to get my new handset to work. It wouldn't work as it is faulty. I then went to the Carphone Warehouse where I was told this had nothing to do with them. They were extremely helpful and agreed that your caller should not have identified themselves as being from their Company. I am returning the handset to you and do not want a replacement from yourselves. The only contact I wish to have is confirmation of receipt of the handset and a written apology for the way I have been treated. This has truly been an appalling experience and I shall guarantee that I will never recommend you to anyone. Regards Julie Ranson

I had thought from the caller it was Carphone Warehouse I was dealing with. The deal itself was fairly good but my old phone was cut off early and then the sim for the new phone when it came did not work. I was left without a working phone for 3 and half days. Had to go to an EE shop for a working sim. No follow up or back from E2save. I would not recommend buying from this company.

phone came quickly, still waiting for a sim card been without the for 4 days and as soon as i cam off the phone my old sim was stopped. no way of phoning to complain and can not use 150 number. mind the new phone does make a nice gameboy!

At this stage we’re unable to dispatch a replacement and recommend you contact your network and request a replacement. Once this has been received you’ll need to action a SIM swap with network. sales girl i spoke to was fantastic couldnt have helped more,its the after sales team ordered an i phone 5s which was delivered promptly opened and went to insert sim card and found the sim card slot was faulty,contacted e save and was told to take it to my local carphone warehouse shop which i did and they said have to send it for repair which would cost me an extra £50 excess on insurrance,which as id never even used the phone was not prepared to pay so phoned e save and told them wanted to cancel contract and explained why as within 14 days and was told cant accept phone unless its in perfect condition wasnt bothered that phone was faulty and told me i cant cancel as phone was opened absolutely disgusting

The iphone 5s i got from you worked for a week, it then run out of charge and has not worked since. I phoned carphone warehouse and after a while they gave me your phone number. As i had a phone that did not work, i had to buy another phone as a result of this i want to cancel the contract from today. Many thanks John Lovell

My 71 year old disabled mother receives a call apparently from Carphone Warehouse advising that her contract is up offering an iPhone 5. My mother verbally accepts this with the phone being delivered to her. I explained to my mum that she already has an iPhone 5. She goes to the Carphone warehouse shop to cancel who state this is nothing to do with them but rather e2save. (The first time we have heard this company mentioned) The phone never arrives. Two calls follow to e2save I recorded both transcripts. The worst customer service I have ever encountered and a foremost expert in customer experience in the UK I have lots of experience. The first call was a waste of time with the operator refusing to put us through to a supervisor, the second call at least some progress. My mother requests to cancel, the operator states she can't cancel unless the phone is returned, we ask where the phone was sent to, apparently it was sent to a Carphone warehouse shop (against her wishes) some miles away from where my disabled mother lives. They are asking her to go to the Carphone warehouse shop to pick it up and send it back before they will cancel. Really!! A disabled partially blind pensioner who doesn't understand what's going on and why Carphone warehouse won't take responsibility. 1. E2Save misrepresented themselves on the sales call. I've requested the transcript via the information commissioners office. 2. The worst customer experience I have ever encountered. 3 Your customers are real people in the real world, start thinking outside in or people will vote with their feet and more and more reviews like this will make the business (Carphone Dixons e2save) untenable. Happy to send the transcripts to e2seeve leadership and to others to see how customers are treated. Abysmal!!!

The last member of staff was excellent however before then I was constantly promised my phone would work n it didn't.i was even thinking of cancelling my contract and if it hadn't been for the last lady I spoke to I would have..all sorted now.thanku

I ordered 3 IPhone 5S phones for my wife and two daughters. One is delivered and the other two disappear from the order. You can't contact them, as their email last week said they're working on things and don't try to contact them. In hindsight, having now read reviews of this company, I should have purchased from a bonfire shop rather than a set of Cowboys.

I have no idea who e2save are. Never heard of the company before. I did have a phone call about my mobile contract renewal, but was under the impression the phone call was from Carphone Warehouse. How did this company get my contact details?

Always problems, never solutions! If I place ONE order 2 phones that is because I want 2 phones, duh! Don't then send me 1 phone and 'cancel' the 'other order' - there was ONE order for 2 phones. again, duh!

I started to fill in a form to purchase a phone from E2save but did not complete the form however part of the form I had filled in was my credit card details. E2 then used these to debit my card account. I have no phone and do not require one. Prior to this E2save sent me an email to say as follows:- We noticed you left e2save.com without completing your order. For your convenience we’ve listed your basket below, so you can continue shopping. This I had assumed would indicate that my order was not completed so therefore no action by E2save would occur. I am unhappy with this service- when I had an issue regarding my sim and phone, E2save were extremely unhelpful and were quick to pass the buck. They do not provide you with important information which is required to set up your phone with a new sim- this was not what I had expected.

Sold a iPhone 5c ! Not told it was a no longer stocked phone!! Discontinued!would not have ordered it if i'd known that!told it would be delivered to my local carphone warehouse on Saturday 20/02/2016! Not there!had to ring carphone warehouse on that Saturday to chase it up!told they'd ring me on Monday 22//02/2016 after 6pm which they did but have to investicate with delivery companyDPD where phone had been delivered too!it could take up to five working days!I am now on a contract with a phone that I have not got!e2save/carphone warehouse know who delivered phone and to where ! Won't be doing upgrade over the phone again disgraceful service!!!

The sales person led me to believe that he was from car phone warehouse - when I received the phone the sim did not work and as usual the help desk could not reverse the sale for 5 days! So I could not even buy a new phone as I wanted the same number. I am also worried that they have changed my direct debit payments and even though they have assured me that I won't pay more - previous experience tells me I have not received a satisfactory service yet. My advice - go to a store to purchase a new phone!

I’m sorry to hear that there has been some confusion in regards to who you have upgraded with, Carphone Warehouse have several outbound campaigns based within our premises’, therefore it is possible that you have upgraded with them. I have tried to contact you this morning to address these concerns, however unfortunately you were unavailable. It is also disappointing to hear that upon receiving your phone the Sim card didn’t work, I appreciate the frustration this would cause and sincerely apologise. If you have chosen to return the phone, it will take a maximum of 5 working days for your upgrade to be reversed (from the date of receipt of the phone in our warehouse). Firstly my order went to the wrong address after explicitly explaining that I had recently moved house and being assured that my address had been changed. I asked for the phone to be delivered to a car phone warehouse store, this did not happen and they tried to deliver to my old address!!! I then had to take half a day off of work to go pick up the phone from a dpd office, as I don't drive this was costly and difficult. Then I was denied car phone warehouse geek squad insurance when I had been offered it on the initial call and been told that I could call back a couple of days later to set this up, which was apparently not the case. After being passed through 5 different advisors and going through security 5 times on a 46 minute long phone call, my issues were still NOT solved and are still not solved now. I will be contacting trading standards.

I was sent a SIM card that didn't work then I was waiting 2 days for the new one to arrive then when that arrived it wasn't activated for well over 24 hours when I got told it would take no longer then 24 hours also, the plug to put my charger cable into is faulty as the cable does not go in to the plug.
