I prepaid £10 so that the new phone would arrive and all that would be required is up to a 48 hr delay to have SIM/network activated. Yet 3 days later, I am still unable to use the phone. And no matter which numbers I am directed to dial, all I can make is emergency calls. So basically its junk.

The reason i rated you as Very Poor is for the following reasons. 1) I received a text message and an e-mail to notify me that my delivery would arrive on such and such date , between such and such time . I moved all my plans to accommodate your delivery service. I was home waiting for the delivery 30 minutes before scheduled and 30 minutes after scheduled time . My doorbell is in good working order, but just to be on the safe side, i left a note on the door to let the delivery man know that he could call me on my number if for any reason no one appears at the door. When i tracked my delivery , it stated that my delivery was refused . This was a lie . I sent a complaint to customer service , I did not receive a reply, I till this day do not know when my delivery will arrive or where it is. No reply, no apology , and no delivery.

I ordered and paid for a Samsung E1200 which was very cheap-only 99p. However I also had to pay a top -up fee of £10 at the time of purchase. The phone arrived very quickly and I left excellent feedback, which I now regret. The phone is fine, but is tied to Virgin. The sim supplied did not work and the e2save agent told me to phone Virgin to get a new sim. I did precisely that and was told by Virgin that if they replace the sim card I shall have to pay a new £10 topup to them to get it working!!! It took me ages to explain the situation to Virgin, using my own landline, as they did not sell me either the E1200 or the sim card, which they say is registered to another person. The phone looks fine--very simple, straightforward and ideal for my use, which is emergency only. The menu is basic ad it is easy to program but will not allow telephone calls due to the lack of an active sim. I am not dissatisfied with the phone, or the speed of despatch, but am very dissatisfied with the response from e2save with regard to the sim. I have now requested a refund for the wasted £10.00, but remain without an emergency phone which is a wretched situation, as I am both elderly and disabled and live alone. At this stage, I cannot recommend the company to anyone.

You where sending my new phone to the shop so I could pick it up but you sent it to my old address no one was in so you gave it to a next door neighbor not happy at all as I had to travel to pick it up think you need to communicate more

Some guy rang up the next day saying I could have got a better deal with him! Couldn't get hold of anyone to complain, carphone warehouse couldn't help. Won't be using again!! I bet this review won't get me an iPad

Order a phone has come twice and still not right will not take the SIM card have to wait again and see if it's right we hope wanted it for Xmas looks like it will not happen

Was offered a deal which was far more expensive than the standard carphone warehouse deal. Do not assume that they are giving you a standard deal. Let alone a good deal! They tricked me into signing up for a more expensive product.

Phone arrived very quickly, but O2 had no record of me wanting to change my old number across from my old EE contract. I've now got two phone contracts, one with EE and the other with O2. Ridiculous.

Hello David, Thank you for your review. I would like to apologise for the issues you’ve encountered whilst trying to port your number. Below are steps that you can take so you can retain your existing number: 1) Contact EE by dialling 150 from your handset 2) Cancel the contract with EE and get a PAC code. 3) Once you have the PAC code from EE you’ll need to contact O2 and provide them the number and the PAC code. 4) You can call 02 by dialling 202 from your 02 handset. 5) Your number that you want to keep will then be transferred onto the 02 contract. 6) Once the number has been transferred the connection will be lost in the EE SIM and the O2 sim will have your existing number. I’ve tried to call you to discuss this however I was unable to get through to you. If you’d like to discuss this further please let me know the best time to call you. I am thoroughly disappointed with the service I have received. I am still yet to receive my phone after 2 weeks, Nobody was able to tell me exactly where my phone is..only that keep rearranging delivery..which never happens..very poor indeed.

Appalling, tried to cancel day after as phone didn't meet requirements. Was informed it was cancelled on phine, however no confirmation received and phone provider contract still issued . Will be taking this matter further!

I ordered a new iPhone 6 64gb on a renewal of my exising contract with CPW on O2 @ 11.15(am) on Friday 27th Nov I was sent a referb - I did not ask for a referb and would never have agreed to taking a referb - The Sales person did not mention the deal was for a referb at any time during the call The deal was £32.50 p.m 1Gb of data pm, unlimited calls and texts - I got offered exactly the same deal in CPW store for a NEW iPhone 6 64Gb so thought nothing of it After the call, a few days later I got an email confirming order and mentioning referb. I tried to contact you twice to complain but was on hold for longer than 20 mins both time so gave up I asked gor ghe package to be delayed 2 days - moving delivery from 1st to 3rd December - I got confirmation that the phone would arrive on the 3rd and waited at home all day but nothing arrived - I did get deliverec on the 4th Dec with no apology or explanation I have now taken ghe phone to CPW store in stockport snd asked for it to be returned and the deal reversed which will take 5-10 days aparently RUBBISH service and massive inconvenience - I would not use you company again

I cannot find a contact or get a number where I can speak to a human being all options state not contacted at this time .I have been trying since I have had my phone . I had a MAJOR problem with O2 in retrieving my bills due to a problem on there part on line I now at last have my paper bills please advise urgently what you need. I will be going to the ombudsman and tha daily mail money advisor I am totally horified by this poor service and will go to the Sun if necessary . You have taken £142 pounds in my first direct debit when the new deal was ,meant to be less than £15 per month. I am not sure if this was your company or a hacker as I recently heard that hackers had stolen E2 Save details. Please call me back on my mobile number.

Hi I bought phone with £10 credit. E2save charged me £10 for Airtime! I can't see that credit I can't make calls asking me to top up. So contacted e2save they start to blame 02 so I called O2 and there answer was call to e2save because that's there offer and if my invoice says £10 airtime credit then it should be come to you! It's waste of time. Try to save penny and spending pounds to calling you on 0871 number. I tried to sent an email to e2save and its bounced back! I will never deal this cow boys company again.
