I have received my phone but not my laptop, hence the 'very poor' review. It's like buying a kit kat and only getting one finger. I have business to be getting on with and your company's efficiency is detrimental to this.

Worst experience of my life! Phone wouldn't expect the sim swap so my first thought was the problem was with Vodafone as a didn't think for a minute it was the phone but Vodafone done checks and said i had been sent out a faulty phone 2 go 2 carphone warehouse as i was told i had 12 months warranty, carphone warehouse sent me 2 apple shop as they said i had 12 months warranty with apple, after 6 hours in 3 different shops with my 3 year old son i was 2 return the next day with proof of purchase before they could look at the phone which i didn't have as i got no paper work or receipt with the phone when it was delivered. Had 2 return to carphone warehouse the next day where they gave me receipt so i could prove 2 apple proof of purchase after another 4 hours it turned out the phone was faulty and they wanted £220 2 fix phone as there checks appeared no warranty on phone. After 2 days of hell i have returned the phone 2 e2save and still waiting on situation getting resolved and cant get a new contract or phone until this happens. I will never upgrade my phone over a phone again and will only ever do this through a phone shop in the future, the whole experience was very stressful and still is at the moment. Hopefully it will be resolved soon as i am close 2 tears and very frustrated even trying 2 contact e2save customers service team, waited an hour on hold just trying 2 speak with someone about they whole situation.

I inserted the SIM card in to the phone but it still said "insert the SIM card". I inserted the SIM card in to the phone by all the alternative means, including the manual instructions, but it still said "insert the SIM card" and "emergency calls only". Consequently, apart from 999, the phone is completely useless. You'd think that making a phone call would be the least it should do ! Pathetic !!!

This phone was delivered with a broken SIM card. It has taken three phone calls and seven day to get to the point where e2save will now arrange for a new SIM card. Even then they had to refer to 02. Typical, quick to take your money, slow to fix any problems. Very poor service indeed.

You contacted me to offer me an updated contract and new mobile phone. You actually told me you were from EE, which was my current provider. At no time did you tell me that you were not EE. I had no reason not to accept your offer, thinking that you were my current provider. You then sent me a phone that had been out of service by EE for at least 7 months. Once I realised you were not EE and I did not wish to accept your offer and contract, I contacted you and sent the mobile back to you. I have now been without a working phone for 3 days and I have no idea what will happen next. I am going to report your service to Trading Standards as you are working fraudulently and you have left me in a great deal of mess to sort out.

Was a nightmare trying to get a hold of e2 save to enquire about my order.. Also was told £46 a month from e2 save and got a text from EE saying it was going to be £49.99

Very friendly staff but very poor service. I have been promised delivery for four days and still waiting. Will be cancelling order if the item doesn't arrive today.

I asked for my package to be delivered to no. 16 hawdene, to my neighbour and it wasn't it was taken back to depot I then checked website for alternate delivery and its only mon-fri I work mon to fri off every weekend but there is no slot for this. that's why I requested delivery to my neighbour So I am not happy at all

I tried to buy this phone fromEE but because I was married over 70, never been in debt and had a pay as you go phone before, I was refused as I had NO credit rating. My husband had to buy the phone for me. I am extremely annoyed. So rate your service as very poor.

I have been using e2save for last 12 years for three of my lines but I am really disappointed with my last order as my IPHONE6 came in a CRAPPY paper packaging with no bubble package and NO Headphones! Mistake to go through the order Online with e2save. RM

If you ordered a refurbished product then we can't guarentee all of the accessories due to hygiene reasons and they are sent in a plain white box. Not happy with my order. I was informed that I would receive a Kindle Fire and based on this I placed my order. However when received today I received a basic kindle, which I already had. My order was placed on the basis that I would receive a Kindle Fire. I would like someone to contact me to discuss. I would either like to receive the item agreed and return the kindle I received or cancel the order completely. If there is a dispute I would request that you listen to the phone transcripts at the time I placed my order. PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP - REGARDING TRANSACTION334745038, CUSTOMER LEAD 58703745. If you are promising one thing and delivering another I would not be inclinded to give favourable recommendations to anyone wish to use your services.

I have had such a torrid time with this upgrade I will never recommend E2save to anyone and I will never use you again. Hopefully someone will read this and have the decency to ring and ask for an explanation !!!!

Wer do I start my experience with e2save !! Horrendous. Spoke 2 a caller Nicky don't kno how many times I then cancelled phone 3 wks later she again phoned 2 say it wud b delivered told her it was cancelled and I didn't want it, for it 2 be delivered & sent back. Still waiting 4 them 2 contact me as my tarrif has changed and yet no new phone. Would not recommend them. This problem is still not resolved & I am running out of time. Any help wud be grateful.

It has now been a week since the telephone conversation arranging the upgrade. 6 days since taking delivery of the phone. Despite 3 visits to the local store, the staff there being very helpful, and telephone calls to Vodafone the network contract has still not been transferred to new phone. It seems the system cannot recognise that this is an upgrade with same number. I will be going down to the store for a 4th time today. MOST UNSATISFACTORY. Following this post, I received a call from 'Grace'. I explained problem also that there appeared no contact number to contact E2save. Grace said she would contact Vodafone. I explained that today thus was especially a problem as I'd list contact with my partner in the earthquake zone so contact ability was essential. I have now had no service on either phone so nobody can call or text me. Still unsatisfactory

Would have been good if my purchase had been delivered to my address in the first place and not to someone else that doesn't even live near me in the beginning so as you can imagine I'm not a very happy bunny with this service

not very good at all ive had my new mobile since the 1st of May and still not connected it is now the 14th may and STILL waiting for my new sim card and your phone number is not in use anymore ??????????
