Screen shattered first day, (dropped it onto a work top), not far. Tried to get it repaired, was told it wasn't worth it. Nearly impossible to get the back off. They wanted £180.00 for it to upgrade my contract. Very disappointed.

I am very disappointed with the outcome as I today received a letter from 02 saying my new monthly tariff is 23 pound per month,as I don't remember agreeing to this.the phone all I had with an Asian chap was of very poor quality and I had to keep asking him to repeat things .i am not happy with this tariff at all,I have gone through various channels I am still waiting to get the problem sorted.

After placing my order I proceeded to sell my current tv thinking I was going to get a new 1 with the order I placed but haven't received anything! I went on to e2save contact part of their website and "what do you know" their live chat is not running but there is a phone number so I rang the number only to be told by an answering machine that I have to wait 33 min's on hold to talk to somebody! This is how they make their money as this phone number is not free to ring and I simply don't have 33 min's to listen to music as I have work to attended to and 2 young children, I am now left with out a new contract and tv but luckily enough I could upgrade my current contract, don't think I'll be using this site or referring it to any friends or family members

Terrible!!! I think this is a sc can't as I've tried to contact them via the phone number they cold called me on and the line went dead. I have emailed them on all 3 email addresses to cancel my order without a response and one actually bounced back as it no longer exists. Do not used this company!!!!!!

Having loads a problems tryin to transfer very disappointed next time I get a call saying I can have an upgrade I will be turning it down flat!!!! I don't like the hundreds a apps on it either which will not delete jus go back to factory settings these apps. I will never use they jus look ugly on the phone using space which I want for my personal things!!!

This is Lihong. I bought a Iphone5s with 24months contract. When I received the package from e2save, I couldn't find the earphone at all and the phone always say"no sim" . I was trying to contact your customers service by the number you offered, unfortunately nobody answered. I would like to return it as soon as possible. I am looking forward to hearing from you!

I am very unhappy with the sales service. I was also led to believe that carphone warehouse were calling me about my upgrade on behalf of 02. I have put in a complaint because I wss told false information about the iphone I received and now tbey are refusing to let me return it because I switched it on. They are absolute con artists. DO NOT PURCHASE A PHONE FROM THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Very disappointed as one of the saler didn't mentioned the phone I bought was refurbished,Iwas astonished when I've opened the parcel there was no phone box,not sealed no earphones and when I be called you the lady told me to send me the earphons witch I've recived and a cheque of £25 witch I've not received yet

They made credit check under wrong person and didn't seem bothered about it when I called. It's cost me 28 pound and still ain't sorted. They wasn't very helpful at all. It's a shame. ( I still haven't had a call from you to sort this out you clearly don't care about this problem. Long as you get your money you don't give a dam. If you wanna sort this out then call me on 07508365420 between 9am to 10:30 am or between 3 pm to 5:00 pm as I work. I think you should pay my bill after what you have done.

i happy with ur service as i got offered a pay montly sim card and they sent me a pay as u go one and when i rung 789 2 sort it out the said i got declined so why say in the begging i could have one

I order two phone with the plan online offer from money supermarket.com The offer was 250 minute,unlimited text and 500 MB data with £7.50 per months from talk-mobile after cash back it will be £0.99 per months. I received pack with Nokia 105 phone and two Sims card of talk-mobile from you. I received my account no. from talk-mobile and when I registered with them online they inform me that the plan is £10.00 pm and 250 minutes,5000 texts and only 250 MB data which is not correct as per the order which I made and the offer you made online. Kindly rectify or cancel the order. Please investigate the mistake and reply me with details. Do not ignore my request. Take this as a serious complaints. I ordered via quidco link to get cashback on purchase, 3 months later cashback £27 has been declined. Ordered phone for my wife from carphone warehouse at same time - cashback £65 came through okay. Next time, where will I shop given that prices and deals are pretty much the same ?

Buying the BlackBerry Classic was a big mistake on my part. I admit to not being very good with hi-tech and this is DEFINITELY the wrong phone for me. It is difficult to use, has TINY keys and a small screen which doesn't seem to respond easily to my thumb/fingers. Plus, I am sure that there is something wrong with it technically, the END CALL facility doesn't work. This means that I am going to have to go into a shop in town to see if I can get it sorted out, which I am not looking forward to. I dread going into mobile phone shops, which is the reason I shopped online in the first place. Also the refund policy operated by e2save is very harsh, you can't get any refund once you've inserted the Simcard and used the phone, but how many people will want a refund before doing that?! So in conclusion I would say that this has been a very bad buy on my part. And yes, I KNOW, I should have read the small print more carefully beforehand so I am to some extent the author of my own misfortune. We live and learn as they say. And my negative experiences with e2save have most certainly been a learning experience.

Firstly they sent me an iPhone 5s on a contract. Cool just what I ordered, the sim card hard been barred by Vodafone as it had previously been in a stolen phone. Contacted e2save only to be told that they had screwed up and sent it without doing the credit check. I asked them to send me a bag so I could send it back and cancel the contract. They then did 3 credit checks at the same time (which triggers automatic failure, I know this because I work for Experian) even though I didn't authorise them to. I waited for them to then authorise a pretty paid collection for the phone. I have since got the same deal with Vodafone direct. This branch of Car Phone warehouse is awful and before you buy from them look on other review sites I wish I had. Don't be suckered by offers most providers will give you the same deal direct.
