I recently ordered a new phone from E2Save but the price, service (the combination of mins+text+data) appears incorrectly in the account of network provider, number has not been passed to the network provider even after 9 days, no detailed guide for the first time user of the phone, my previous query was not answered but marked as "solved", I can't believe such a poor level of service quality!!

I've had my phone for 8 days and still no connection. Tried phoning and sending emails but no reply. Considering I'm paying £63 a month, this is unacceptable. I need my phone for work as working in more than one location and have already lost £80 net this week due to missed communication. I think I may seek legal advice

No phone. Sim only. Needed a micro sim for a samsung. Not nano sim for a iPhone. Needed a EE sim not a orange sim. These problems have led to me being disconnected several time fronm the network. I have had to change networks.

I bought 2 phones with 02 contracts. It has been a catalogue of disasters and 02 have completely messed up transferring my numbers, and it is still not resolved, days on.

Where do i start, Phone came quick.... as you would expect. On the back of the delivery note it states "if your Gift is from an external supplier, it'll arrive the next working Day after you receive your handset". So I took the 19th Feb off work eagerly awaiting my contractually agreed 50" TV. Nothing arrived........ Phone Customer Services and they said it should not say next day on the delivery note and they would amend this, then said Tuesday 24th Latest and DPD or UK Mail would confirm by e-mail the delivery date. It is now Thursday 26th and after 2 calls they are still looking into where this TV is, they even gave me a UK Mail Ref No to contact them as the TV was in their hands, UK Mail have no record of any parcel and the Number E2Save gave me was no reference they use, and, they have nothing in the entire system with my Postcode on. Phoned E2Save again to explain this and they are telling me they need to look into this and come back to me. I use Courier Companies and I know that the Courier always leaves a consignment reference upon collection of your sent parcels for your customers to track on-line. So if they can't find my parcel i'm sure E2save will not find my parcel. This leaves me with 2 thoughts, 1, Have the Gift warehouse dispatched a 50" TV with no factual evidence of dispatch. Or 2, Have they actually not sent the TV to me and what they are telling me is all lies.........? I spoke with "Customer Services" again and have informed them that unless they get me a satisfactory update by close of business today I will go and buy a 50" Samsung TV and send them the Bill, and include an Invoice for a wasted day off.

Have a works mobile so just needed a cheap pay as you go phone. Delivery great but top up takes up to 3 days to add. If I knew this beforehand I wouldn't have bothered

I am disgusted in the way I have been sold a phone with 100 meg of date which I will not be able to use. I am so disgusted that I can't even be bothered to complete this complaint. I would not waste another minute of my time and will tell all my staff of the appalling service you provide

This is a joke!!! They conned me into a contract for me in my sisters name then when your try and contact them to return the phone there is no contact number!! This is getting investigated with finical obudsman.

My order never came and was on the phone to your different departments over 8 times, but just got put through to different departments. One phone call lasted for over an hour. and now I can't get a phone from vodaphone because of your mistake

My experience with e2save as been extremely poor. I recently ordered a new LG G3 phone on EE recently and upon arriving the seal was broken on the box that clearly stated “if this seal is broken, do not accept it”. I phoned the company and they advised it was a new phone that has not been used. Upon opening the box, I could see thumb prints on the screen. They said they would exchange it for another one. A few days later another phone arrived and the seal was again broken. The irony was that even the delivery guy said this was normal practise for the company. I called the company again and after being on hold for 10 mins I was greeted by a rude customer service rep advising that as I have had one return already I can have another one. After advising her that the seal was again broken she said that “all seals on the G3 are broken, so it wont make a difference if you exchange it again”. I asked to speak to a manager and was promptly cut off. I called back and spoken to another person who was polite but again was cut off upon asking to speak to a manager. Having wasted an hour calling a premium rate line I gave up and settled for potentially a second hand handset at a new price. Moral of the story - Don’t trust e2save and shop elsewhere.

I'm absolutely discussed and angry about your apparent service. We arranged for my phone to come on the Friday. I waited in all day and it never showed up. I rang in the evening to see where it was to be told it was coming on the Monday!!!!!!! Discusting!! I waited in allllllll day for nothing!!! Not only that 02 turned off my 3G because I should of been on 4g on my new phone ( the new phone that I had not received.) so I had to ring O2 to get my internet back on. Also... I rang your ridiculously priced phone line and was on hold for 20minutes before I even got to speak to anyone!!! I'm very angry and annoyed and will NEVER use e2save again. I work 2 jobs and care for my mum aswell and I'm sure you can appreciate how busy I am therefore I don't have time to arrange a full day to wait in for a phone that doesn't turn up!!!! Received phone but no Sim card. Fairly basic error on behalf of E2Save. Contacted E2Save via online chat who couldn't help as they were only interested in sales. Then called E2Save, who said they couldn't send out another Sim. Total waste of my time.
