Funny this. Ordered a cheap phone on contract for 23 a month with free gift. Got refused. When they rang me offered a iPhone on a dearer contract then said I had been refused. And the next day it turns up. Does this company now what it is doing. I think not.

I wanted a phone and the phone os every thing I thought it would be, however when you say you want to pay up to £35 , and you get sent a phone out of blue with no how much no prior phone call it is just sent, then get told you can offer me a case or £20 voucher, how about sorry our mistake so we will give you what you asked for and apologize.

Phone arrived but no SIM card ( I did check the packaging!), and its been a real hassle trying to sort it out, you guys are great on the 'sell' end of the deal and not good at the 'support' end of the deal.

Hello Simon, Thank you for writing a review. According to our systems a sim card was dispatched with your order and this should’ve arrived in the same courier bag as your handset. If you’ve not received it then the sim must’ve been lost whilst in transit to you. I can see that you’ve contacted our customer support team regarding this and they’ve advised you on what can be done to resolve the matter. Not for the first time promised a sim only on Virgin only for a pay as you go one to turn up definitely not bothering again avoid at all costs

I am really very annoyed and disappointed. Two years ago I received a call to upgrade my mobile phone and when delivered it was the wrong phone. I spent too much time and money contacting e2save to collect it and change it, and after two failed attempts, I just decided to keep the incorrect phone. I have been unhappy with the phone for the past two years and so was eagerly awaiting the call to upgrade. I did receive the call promptly and we discussed all the available options so I made the correct decision. Later that day I received an email confirming my order, which was completely incorrect (again) - the wrong phone, memory and tariff! Since then, I have spent at least £10 just trying to contact the correct people to talk to and refused to accept the phone when it was due to be delivered the next day (before Christmas). I now have to wait 3-5 working days before the phone that I did not order is cancelled to then start the whole process again. That is, if e2Save remember to contact me to upgrade, otherwise it will be me spending my money to contact them again! To top it all off, the day the incorrect order went through my current phone has not connected to the network so I am unable to use internet/apps that require a connection away from home. To summarise, e2Save have left me with a phone that does not connect to the network and I have to wait until the new year before I get another sales call to upgrade and I have no faith that this process will run smoothly from here on. I just hope that I get some compensation for the time and money I've spent trying to sort this and the inconvenience caused to me. The only positive about e2save is that when I did manage to speak to sales and customer services, the ladies were professional, polite and very helpful.

Today I called again, probably if not still I don't when delivery come beacouse no one allow to sent me email with delivery details. Dreadful. Was advised by a sneaky customer service assistant Stephen Cooper that the deal I was being offered was a newer handset for £33/34 per month which sounded good as that was what I was paying. It turns out that this was lies as I was set up on a Tariff costing £38 per month. I'll be leaving Carphone warehouse.

Offered me a deal with a contract,then trying to lie the way out of it when i have all the proof via emails and my personal account within this company,has alot of negative comments and people complaining about there service and standards of work NOT TO BE TRUSTED AT ALL . If any one has complaints dont waste your time complaining to these people as they are very rude,go to watchdog,trading standards and offcom straight away. Lets get this company closed down due to the way they trade as this cant be legal. Thats what i have done,Shop around on the internet read reviews on companys then make a decision who to trust and do business with. LETS STOP INNOCENT PEOPLE GETTING RIPPED OFF BY e2save mobiles

With regards to your simcard, with many upgrades the customers deal is retained on the original simcard. The phone was the wrong type for my I-pad - they did not speak. Trying to return it was sheer hell. On hold for 20 minutes, tel numbers no longer in use despite being listed in a current directory. Never again.

I had a call to sell me a phone claiming to be carphone warehouse, which obviously isn't true and was miss sold a phone. I have sent back the phone and will be purchasing it from company that doesn't mislead their customers.

I received no communication following my purchase and even after phoning to complain have yet to get any email from this company confirming my purchase. The customer service is very bad and would not recommend anyone using e2save
