Very frustrated. I called up to cancel the order right after I ordered. The website is so confusing as I wanted to order standard phone and it had small "s" which is not prominent to see and ordered "mini" version. I called up right away and multiple times to cancel and was told that it has been cancelled and I will get a confirmation email. Its been more than a week now and I haven't got any email regarding the cancellation. My order came for delivery which I didnt accept and I cancelled the Direct Debit. Even now i keep getting emails about my bill and order. So FRUSTRATED.

I am so annoyed that I have not been listened to. I wanted to save the switch till after I came back from holiday. I told the person On the phone the dates I would be away. I agreed My daughters were there to receive the phone but it would to be activated till I got back. My phone stopped whilst I was away and on return.This very annoying company left me without any phone to call my family to collect me from the airport. They stopped my service whilst I was away and I still have no service as my contract has stopped. By the time I got back from work today they were closed so I still have no phone. I would never recommend them and If this does not get sorted In my lunch break tomorrow I will stop the contract.

I would not recommend your company to anyone. My phone arrived the day after the order was placed and the SIM card inserted, and FIVE days on I still have no service, so effectively I am paying for a contract that I cannot use. O2 have been amazing and have arranged for an new SIm to be sent to me so that I can use the phone. This was after numerous attempts to locate the company to try and seek activation of the SIM inlcuding calls to and visits to Carphone Wharehouse. What also annoyed me is that my old mobile was deactivated two hours after placing the order. Overall poor service and I will not recommend anyone to use this company.

Hello Olwen Thank you for leaving a review. I can understand that losing your connection will have caused a lot of frustration and I apologise wholeheartedly for this. I’m currently investigating to find out why your old sim deactivated early and why the new one failed to activate. I’ve organised to refund you for the time you were paying the contract but without connection as it’s hardly fair to expect you to pay this. I’ve sent this out as a cheque so please allow maximum of 6-8 weeks for this to arrive. My phone arrived and is locked to a different network (it's a refurb model). So my contract has started and I can't even use the phone. DPD were supposed to collect it today but I got a message saying I wasn't available.. I was. E2save were apologetic on the phone last week but I still don't have a working phone a week after placing my order.

Despite being asked for a suitable delivery address which I gave, the phone was not delivered to that address, but delivered to my home whilst I was not at home. Only subsequently did I discover that a first order delivery requires to be delivered to the billing address. I received my new phone 5 days, 3 working days after placing my order. When I received the delivery parcel, the box inside the bag had opened, and the phone was lying loose in the bag. I do not yet know if it has sustained any damage. Despite requesting transfer and continuation of my old/previous mobile number, I was given a new number. All in all, a very poor service.

I’m sorry it wasn’t made clear when you placed your order online that we wouldn’t be able to deliver to the address you provided. I’ve forwarded your feedback to the marketing department who will be reviewing the information given to customers regarding their delivery options. Your handset may have been selected by the warehouse for a random security check where they open the box to ensure all the goods are inside. The warehouse will reseal this before sending the handset to a customer but it appears this may not have been done correctly. Yes would love to write a review on my experience with E2 save. I would never recommend them to anyone! Have been without a phone now for 5 days and spent hours on the phone trying to get it sorted out. Really poor communication and they were very keen to phone up and sell the deal in the first place. One manager was supposed to ring me back and didn't and the other manager was really unhelpful and unpleasant! The deal they first offered had run out by the time I got the right phone. Would never deal with E2 save again and about to ring up and get them to cancel the whole order.

Product. Ie phone great. Customer service team rubbish. Sales team rubbish. I got phone call to say I was due an upgrade and they had seen I had visited there site 'carphone warehouse' was looking for note 4 but monthly prices online were too much. Bloke said oh we can do better. Ok that's fine. All done and dusted. Now at no point up till now did I think I was dealing with any other company that the main car phone warehouse staff. It was later that night I got e mail from e 2. Confirming my order etc. Tried to send an e mail saying I did not take it out with them but car phone warehouse directly. Told them to cancel it and send the order to the proper companies for dealing with. Got stupid reply saying I was not the account holder because I used my 2nd name in the corrosion dance. With my 1st name too may I add. Sent a reply back telling them I was the account holder but still to this day no one has bothered there backside to even contact me. I don't like being fooled by a company even if a lesser version of carphonewarehouse into buying something from them. And going on other reviews I don't think I'm alone in this one. Best advice to all is if you get a call from someone from car phone warehouse make sure it is actually them who will be selling you the product and not this shower of usless clowns. Who don't bother to used a bit of common sense when dealing with customers. 1 thing for sure once my current contract is up I'm getting the hell away from e 2 as fast as I can. They do t deserve to be in business. Oh and another thing if you want to actually talk to someone you pay premium phone call costs. So I stick to e mail free and a paper trail to back up your greavances. Stay away from e 2.

I was originally contacted by one of your agents, purporting to represent Orange, who offered me a cheaper contract and a free upgrade for my phone. On at least three occasions I asked for, and was given, reassurance that I would indeed be paying less per month before agreeing to proceed. When the phone was delivered, late on 4th November, I was surprised to discover that I was contracted to pay almost £40 per month for 24 months. This is quite outrageous mis-selling and, to add insult to injury, I have had to pay £8.45 to return the product to you by special delivery! I look forward to hearing your explanation/comments, and also ask that you reimburse me the postal charges (£8.45). Thank you

Had to wait 2 days to get new phone activated, connot contact anyone on Sunday, wrong tablet was sent, new tablet "Samsung Nexus" still has'nt arrived, VERY POOR.

e2save phoned me and the guy introduced himself as calling from the Carphone Warehouse. Consequently I presumed this a follow-up call to my online upgrade enquiry and enquiry in store. I placed the order but got the wrong phone delivered. Because the caller misled me I had wrong phone delivered, which I had to return, my SIM turned off twice, and my attempt to buy an upgrade (from Carphone Warehouse website) blocked twice. e2save caused me a great deal of hassle and money. I would NOT recommend e2save because or their misleading sales practices.

I have rated my experience with e2save "very poor". This is because with my purchase of the Nokia Lumia 530, I have seen a very small crack in the glass, which is located on the right side of the phone. There is also a small line that goes vertically down the screen. I find this unacceptable for I have ordered a product from e2save and expect the product to be in pristine condition. I would like to have another copy of a Nokia Lumia 530 since the one that I have earned has not met with my standards. Absolutly disgracfull. First of all i had a cold call from shannon bad reception on my old phone so did not realize it was e2save and not o2 as i always upgrade with. I was missold my phone as on your web page i could have gotten a much better deal with cashback plus 3 months insurance.When i phoned backto ask to change my phone i was told the other choices were not avalable plus no offers. When phone came i broke the screen just by using my fingernail to remove the back. I phoned up to get help was given no help at all just told to go to carphone warehouseshop. went there and they did not understand why i was told to go there After reading many reviews clearly something has to be done. I will never use you again i am paying £18 per month for a phone i cant use RUBBISH SERVICE

Firstly I was bombarded by phone calls every day and always during business hours. Often I couldn't answer so there could be 2 or 3 calls a day. No voicemail was ever left which would have meant I could call back when it was convenient to me. It was only when I finally did manage to answer that I found out where all the calls had been coming from. Once I got a call at a convenient time I was able to agree an upgrade. I asked for a Samsung S5 in blue. The following day I was called to say they were out of stock and would I have black instead? I didn't want black because my husband already had a black one but reluctantly agreed. Next day and another call to say that the blue phone would cost me another £34.99. I explained that I'd already been told that blue was out of stock and I'd agreed to have a black. Next day I'm on my way out on a business trip abroad and got a call to say that black was out of stock and would I have blue, white or gold - no mention of an extra charge. Great - I'll have blue! I then rang back to say don't despatch until 3/11 because I didn't want to run the risk of being without a phone whilst out of the country. While I was away I got a message that the phone would be delivered on 31/10. The phone was delivered on 31/10 - and it's black!!!!! A total comedy of errors and I seriously doubt my own sanity in not cancelling the order. The only reason I allowed it to go ahead was that I was away, didn't have time to shop around and needed a new phone quickly as my current one is playing up. The only good thing I can say is that your staff were very pleasant to talk to, and were trying to help, every time they phoned. Would I use you again? No Way!
