no communications dont answer phones runn phone bill up absouloutly worst place to have orded from made my phone bill go over by 20 ,quid tryi g to ring these people no reply from email either rubbish

Dont even bother with this company. They talked me into taking a plan out with them. When I received the phone there was no sim card in it. I have tried for three days to get hold of them but with no luck! I now have a phone I cant use, nor can I send it back because I dont have the full contents of the phone to send back.. they prob wouldnt except it without the sim card..

ordering on line no problem but parcel due date not meet. waited all day till 6pm and no text or anything when I checked on line to track said there was a problem and it is back were it was? no further information or delivery day or time? still waiting not impressed.

The sim card you have given me doesn't work with my old number. Why does everything you buy take two lots of work to get it to work??????????? Hassle hassle, hassle and you can't get anyone on the phone!!! Oh yeah you are only interested in the money. Won't be recommending you anytime soon

what a shower of robbing *********ers get a cold call they say its the most upto date thing when it arrives its Not and then no contact phone number to try and clarify ANYTHING ...recommend not to buy from them

delivered my parcel to wrong address which meant someone else could have gone off with my phone. I rang e2save next day to ask where my delivery was which said it had been signed for and delivered which it had not been delivered to me. customer service was very poor i wait to speak to someone over 45 mins by which time i had to leave to go to work and my problem was still unsolved. due to these facts it is highly unlikely that i will be conduct business with this company and again, and was highly considering just cancelling the contract straight away. i had to solve the problem my self. not what i expect from and sub company of Carphone warehouse

I recently ordered a phone and PlayStation 4 from yourselves and am absolutely disgusted by the delivery side of the deal. I asked specifically if the delivery could be sent to my work address because the PlayStation 4 was a Xmas present for my boy. The phone was delivered yo my work address as requested but the PlayStation was delivered to my home address which is exactly what I didn't want to happen. The reason for this is so that my son didn't see it!!!!! He now has seen the ps4 and now knows what he's got for Xmas which has spoilt the surprise. I'm absolutely fuming about this and will never use your company ever again. I think it is so unprofessional to deliver something to a different address thatn stated and requested. I need to know what is going to be done about this as now I'm going to have to spend out on another present for my son which is something I wouldn't have had to do if you delivered it to the correct address. i received the handset no probs. no sign of the free gift. i tried to phone after being on hold for 30mins i was then cut off. went to live chat waiting in the queue for 1hr and 30mins then disconnected. no customer services closed. not amused in the customers services!!

After receiving a phone that I never wanted and had never been contacted to see if I wanted, I had a lot of difficultly trying to get through to somebody to send it back. One phone call I was on hold for over an hour and somebody held up on me, I then rang back on hold for another 45mins and got cut off because the office was shut. The following day I finally got through to someone who sorted this out for me and I will be claiming the money for phone calls back when Bill arrives!

Absolutely furious. These con artists posing as carphone warehouse agreed to a phone and a tariff and sold me a 16gb phone when I asked for a 64gb iPhone 6. Luckily calls are recorded!!!

Shocked... when I bought my contract it says I will get 500 minutes, 5000 texts and 1GB data and free Nokia Lumia 630. Phone is arrived within couple of days, my new Sim with Talkmobile is now activated. I just received text from them saying you will get 500 minutes 5000 texts and 500mb data????????? Hellooo, it supposed to be 1GB data not 500mb.

They con you by saying the deal is £11.12 a month once you sign up, they inform you it's £28 a month and you have to claim back cash via a certain months or loose your cash. Don't sign up with this mob of con artists

Not happy at all the bag was open the box was crushed on one side and open overall not happy about it at all for such an expensive item to be so badly treated is just not good service at all

My old sim has being cancelled and I have not received my new sim so I am without a phone. I have being trying to contact use and left messages but still haven't heard from use.

The reason why you have no service currently is because Orange has connected your upgrade early. You can get this reconnected by calling Orange customer services on 07973 100 150. We are not able to do this for you as it has to be the account holder directly. I can also see that your delivery is out for tomorrow, DPD will email you with the delivery time and reference so you can track this.
