After agreeing that my free gift would be a £60 pay back, I did not receive this when I eventually got to speak to someone they denied that they had agreed to this. so watch out for this.

|I also asked him for as sim card for my husband to try and get his old phone to work which he sent me. I phoned E2, spoke to a lady, again explained what had occurred and she said she would look into it for me, again I did not get a call back. I also had to go to my bank and they changed my banking card as whoever committed the fraud had my account number. I have spent at least 4 hours on the phone regarding this along with a lot of distress having to repeat the scenario over and over again. I do not feel I have had any support at all from orange (apart from Keith who actually explained what had happened) the shop were unable to help either. I am now tied into another contract with you but\ sincerely wish I was with another supplier. I would like to hear your comments on this matter but I will not hold my breath. I do not expect I will hear anything from you as before.

Ordered phone with television as gift. Paid for it to be delivered on a specific day and time. It was not only delivered on the wrong day but also to my old address as my card was incorrectly registered there. I do not live at this address and wouldn't have thought I would be expected to lug a 51 inch television two miles to my new address. Complained and was told my order would be recalled and canceled and I would be refunded the fee I had paid for the delivery. A few weeks later the fee still hadn't been refunded and also on my experience credit report there was a new O2 account showing as being opened. Rang and spoke to Abdul in customer services who said they couldn't offer me anything in the way of compensation and was really quite unsympathetic and acted as though he couldn't care less and it was of my own doing. I asked to speak to a manager and he just repeated a few times that I couldn't as they would just say the same as him. I kept insisting and he agreed to escalate my complaint. He just didn't handle the call well at all and left me feeling very angry and frustrated. He needs more training in his job obviously or alternatively the sack as he just isn't an assets at any level according to the service I received. I did get a call from escalations and although still very frustrated by the mess my credit report had been left in and having to go to my old address to get the information to try to put this right despite a heavy work commitment we did have a more understanding talk and agreed an outcome. However be very wary of what you are agreeing to check the exact delivery address and account address they are going to use so that their can be no confusion and forget customer service especially if you are unfortunate enough to deal with Abdul (sorry if there is more than one Abdul but this is the only name he gave as he wad unhelpful and obstructive all the way so good luck

my phone number is 07970 262320.I sent my cashback claim for my partners phone 07599 236169 for may on 15 june and sent a reminder on 12 july,but have had no response. I sent another message on 21 july .I sent all these messages to cashbackclaims@e2save.com as requested and have heard nothing. Alan corbishley

I ordered my phone a month ago and still haven't recieved it. I also chose a £23.50 monthly contract and as soon as I ordere it they changed it to £28, as well as £10 insurance was changed to £12 a month. Really disappointed, I have had to pay my first month of the contract too even though I haven't had the use of the phone due to it not being delivered.

Miss sold this phone. I received a phone call and was told it was Carphone Wharehouse. I accepted a new phone and was told once I put the SIM card in I could not return the phone. The phone that I have is useless. It keeps on opening the wrong apps and is very slow. I press the icon to use the phone and it goes to Google. When I went into Carphone Wharehouse to talk to them I was told it was not them, but a subsidiary. I have only had the phone for 3 months and it is so bad that I have had to get another phone from EE. I now have 2 phones. Not a happy customer.

Cold called. Sounded like you were from 02 my service provider. Assured a 5s 32g phone would be delivered the next day-Friday 8th August . This odd not happen. When it was delivered I received a 5c 16g. I was away with work so made calls on Wednesday 20th to advise that the phone wasn't what I wanted only to be told that I had to return the phone by special delivery at expense to me if I did not exchange the phone. If I exchanged the phone I could get it couriered but pay £249 for the handset. The adviser would not give me the address to return the phone, very poor sale techniques from your adviser. Could not deal with my questions, and was argumentative. I will never use car phone warehouse again. I expect to be reimbursed for my time (2hours) and cost of special delivery charges £7.80

A really disappointing start to the contract. Phone delivered 14/8/14 and up to now I have not been connected to my preferred supplier. I hope it improves and that you go someway to reimbursing me for my troubles, it appears you do not have a procedure for contacting your new customers to see if all is well. I propose you look at your procedures to improve your customer service
