I received a call from e2save and was told I was due an upgrade on my phone. I decided to go on a sim only contract as your opperative advised me that nothing would change expect my bill would be lower each month, at this point I asked specifically if this would effect my insurance, she told me that I would still be insured and nothing would change except my bill would be lower! I would not have agreed to change contracts If I hadn't been mislead by your operative. I feel very let down, I have totally lost confidence in your company and quite frankly feel like I've been ripped off. I would greatly appreciate your response. Regards Sam Burrows

Well where do I start, I took out a contract with you on Wednesday the 25th of june, I was told online my phone and TV would be delivered on Friday 27th of june, this did not happen, I contacted you on Friday afternoon, and you told me it was out for delivery on Monday 30th of june, my phone arrived but no TV, I contacted you again on on Tuesday 1st july and was told it could take 2 weeks, I was not happy so asked to speak with customer service supervisor, the same voice came back on the phone telling me the TV is sent 48 hours after the phone, okay so it will come on Thursday, so Thursday I take a day off work, without pay and wait and wait and wait, nothing, I then call you again and ask to speak with a manager or supervisor, I spoke with Jim who was very appolagetic, and told me the TV had been out of stock and he was very sorry I had been treated the way I had, he then assured me my TV was out for delivery the next day Friday the 4th of July, he said I would receive a text message first thing as to what time to expect my delivery. I took another day off work with out pay, and ye again nothing no text message no email, nothing ,so again I call you and ask to speak with the manager, while I am on the phone I get a text message from you saying I have been charged extra for all the calls I have made to you, because my contract dose not cover 08 numbers, by now as you should be able to imagine I am very pissed off, the lady I am speaking to I believe to be a manager was sorry and said I would be sent a cheque for £28 refund on the first month of my contract, she then tells me my TV has been dispatched from the warehouse, and would be with me on Monday , so I take another day off work without pay and the TV arrived at 5-15 pm, this whole thing has cost me over £300 pound in pay and a whole week of whinging family members because there is only a small screen TV to watch the football, so there is my feedback I would like to hear yours,

Tried to order a phone a week ago; all seemed OK with a delivery date of 4 days later being given. The next day an email arrived to say that they had not been able to process my order - no reason was given. I phoned them and found that the network provider had requested a deposit of £150 because the address I had provided was my work (and not home) address. I agreed and gave my credit card number. However, as the delivery was now going to be delayed I asked that it be delivered to my home address a day later instead. When this was processed, it seemed that the network provider no longer required a deposit. The phone was delivered on the amended day, but to my work address and my card has been debited to the sum of £1050. Trying to contact them entails long, long waits on the phone. This is criminal - AVOID.

I was so angry with the service provided. You were informed that i was on holiday and would sort things out on my return. You then sent a new sim card to my home and de-activated the one in my phone. It took me 5 hours the next day to get sorted and a further 24 hours to re-activate my original sim card so how do you think of the service you provided - very poor and possibly dishonest. I just wish i had kept the guys name who contacted me, i would have taken legal action.

I did not purchase this phone. It was supposed to be cancelled but they send me an iPad after phone was cancelled. I called wondered what's going on. They sent a courier to collect the iPad but I had to cancel a DD and now E2Save is asking me to review things I did not purchase. I did NOT purchase a Samsung Galaxy. I returned the iPAD which E2Save arranged collection of. This E2Save is annoying as they don't know how to cancel properly. I won't be surprised they'll accuse me now of having a phone and an iPad.....because they must still halve it in their system that I have these things!

Extremely disappointed customer!Agreed a phone upgrade, advised when received keep using old phone until sim becomes inactive.Day after agreeing to the upgrade I woke up to discover my SIM card had been deactivated even though my new phone wasn't being delivered for a further 2 days.Had to call and request reactivate old sim however this took a further 24 hours.

I was mis-sold an additional line. I was told it was an upgrade on the initial call and a further two calls to their customer service team and after several calls to EE and Orange confirmed I had been sold an additional contract. At not point did they inform me I was buying an additional line . Extremely poor service.
