Devastated. Johnathon said I was a valued customer. So I got a new phone, line rental at £13 a month and £230 cash back. The whole thing is a scam of which I believe trading standards have been breached. Sent me a phone that hasn't even got a camera and no technology, he knew too well what he was offering me as a valued customer. He said I would receive £230 cash back which sort of soften the blow. Then rang on Friday to say my monthly repayments/rental was £23.50 as the cash back equated too the extra £10.50. This is deliberate and deceptive and I want either what was originally set up or the order cancelling immediately.

We offer cashback with many of our deals which brings down the effective monthly line rental cost. Absolutely shocking. Sent me the wrong phone and to my address when I specifically said to the store and that i wanted the s5 mini bot the s5! I now have to wait another 7-10 days for a new phone as I got the wrong phone by a awful memeber of staff. Will be taking my buisness away from carphone warehouse in the future. Disgrace!

Still not had the iPhone i ordered called. E2 save twice now as they took my details down wrong on the phone and then when I went to collect the phone I wasn't able to as the system hadn't been updated I've spend more time on this than another contract swap I've ever done before shocking sort it out so I can get the phone from the shop! Tried to on both Saturday and Sunday as this is the only days off I get.

I find this service inadequate I have been waiting three weeks for my phone to arrive. The first package arrived without the phone inside, the package was ripped so I checked that everything was there, just as well I did as the phone was missing. So I refused delivery. I was told there had to be an investiagtion and I would have to wait untill it was finished before I could be issued with a new phone. Henece I am still waiting, was told the new phone would arrive Friday or Saturday. But still no phone I recieved an e-mail this morning telling me the same delivery service returned the package because the phone was missing.

your services is very poor I bought a pay as you phone (07512075554) from about 15 days ago with £10.00 top up but unfortunately I have not receive yet my £10 top up I contact with you was advised will receive with in 10 day now 15 days gone no news

I was not happy that e2save was ringing me nearly every day to try to sell me something. When I finally did answer the phone (by mistake) it was a very rushed conversation & I wasn't clear which company I was talking to or what the deal involved. Admittedly it sounded like a better deal than I was currently on so I said yes to the offer. I was sent a. We SIM card the following day & my current SIm ws deactivated. This meant I was at work all day without a phone that worked. This made my job very difficult. It wasn't until I got home & opened my post that I realised what why my phone wouldn't work. Unfortunately I had been sent the wrong size SIM for my phone which meant I cod 't put the new one in to get my phone working. After endless phone calls (using my husband's phone) & being put on hold the situation was not resolved. The following day, again after several phone calls, being passed from person to person it was finally resolved through a phone call to Orange who activated my old SIm & said I should never have been sent a new SIM any way! Does anyone know what they doing?

Sales person contacted me to offer an upgrade. He said hes calling from Carphone Warehouse. I said I am interested to see what offers they have on Iphone 5c but just looking at options. He gave me the deal details, told me to try the phone and if I don't like it, send it back. I said I am not gonna make my mind up today and then: He unplugged me! And The phone arrived 5 days later. I had to spend hours going from o2 to carphone warehouse to e2save to finally be told that they will stop the contract once the phone is back and then it will take up to 5 working days. So now I cant get my sim only upgrade on time, which was going to be with e2save and I am not a happy customer!!!

I wanted to change my phone which I was told I have a guarantee to change for 14days after purchase. My second day, I called in asking for an exchange of handsets and I was told I wasn't allowed it. I had a really really bad experience with e2 save and would not recommend this option to anyone because your staff goes back on their words. I had to put up and adjust myself to this phone that I first started with. I'm satisfied now with the phone but e2 save's assistance was very poor.

I called e2save to take out a new contract. It was at a very busy time, as I needed thi s phone and contract before going to hospital with a child to undergo a major operation. I clearly told the salesman that I want a contract with o2. When the phone came in the post, it was on orange. I immediately called e2save to cancel, as the orange network does work very poorly around my house and therefore is uselesss. To the credit of that customer service manager, this got sorted out well and I was put through to sales to get a new phone. (But I had to call orange many times till it was all cancelled with them, as I kept getting bills for a service I cancelled before I could ever use it. Finally recently I got confirmation of a zero bill.) I then bought a contract which costs £18 per month and should cost £ 6 after cashback. However, when checking on my account on e2saves website, it gives me a smaller cashback than promised. I called a few times, everytime waiting ages to get through, to be promised that this will be updated. However, when I check it in my account section, it is still not sorted out. PLEASE COULD YOU SORT THIS OUT! THANKS!

catalogue of errors from start to finish. could understand one advisor making one mistake but in my dealings with e2save not one of the numerous advisors I spoke to actually completed what they said they would. It took me at least two phone calls to correct each error, with the exception of one advisor called Tom, who actually did what he said he would do. However, at this stage I was so frustrated and out of the will to continue with the company that I cancelled my account. Has ensured that I will NEVER deal over the phone again re my mobile phone contract. My experience was so disasterous it could be considered comical if it hadn't left me so angry and without a working phone or sim for two weeks now! I can't imagine I am alone in this experience, shame on the management who are responsible for training and monitoring their call centre staff.

In order to get the contract I initially applied online then it took 2 operators to call me back then a call from me to get the phone next day hand set arrived and it has the same from the Samsung logo on the back of the phone missing not very happy considering the price for an old phone too :/

I was promised an upgrade 5C16GB and this is what was agreed. They sent me a 5C8GB and when I eventually got through they told me that they were unable to offer me a16GB. This i find shocking when I was promised a 16GB. I have sent the phone back and has cost me £8 as I have had to send it registered. Very disappointing experience with this company.
