e2save have recently sent me a phone and upgraded my contract without my say so. The website is next to useless if you do not have a order number and your waiting time on the customer services is horrendous. I have had to wait 15 minuets and pay out of my own money at 10p per minute to cancel my non order. I now have no service on my phone which i am assuming is down to this debacle. I would like this resolved today with an offer of compensation. Do not use this company they are con men.

E2save phoned my personal mobile number claiming to be orange offering me an upgrade, i upgraded, except no. i did not. E2save took out a new contract in my name and only have created an account so the phone never worked. I have spent the last 3 months trying to cancel this contract as i sent the mobile back immediately. This has greatly effected my credit score as i have been sent debt collection letters and all sorts due to their mistake. I have never dealt with such an awful company. What they have done is illegal and when i try to contact them i sit on hold for half an hour paying 10p per minute and all to no avail as i am told the number will be cancelled and low and behold it is not! DO NOT USE THEM!

the customer service was very chep. i m making contarct with them n i hold the call more then 15min i jusk ask them can you call me my mobile no and they said no if u want to leave the contract its fine.very poor service

Generally awful customer service. I've been a customer of E2Save for some years and the service standard has dropped significantly, as well as the competitiveness of the offers. The sales advisors generally give misleading information and the customer services advisors (save a couple) have little understanding. The last time I ordered a phone, it was for delivery a week later. Upon checking why it was not delivered, I was told that the process hadn't been completed properly by the first advisor and a credit check hadn't been done ( despite the fact that one had and 1p had been taken from my debit card). Another credit check and 1p deduction was carried out and I was assured that it would be delivered the next working day. It did not turn up and upon calling to check, I was told that there had been some problem and it would be sent out that day to arrive the following day. Again it did not turn up and upon calling to enquire, I was told that it would be sent that day to arrive the next day. I was guaranteed it would be delivered the following day and took a day off work..the phone did not turn up. Upon calling again, I was told there was a problem at the warehouse and it would be sent out that day. This time it finally did arrive. Serious reservations about using E2Save again.

First i received a call from someone claiming to be from orange who managed to miss sell me a sim card that cancels my current account. I then wait on hold for 35 mins to speak to someone about exchanging who tells me its too late and she cant help then hung up on me because she couldn't answer some of my questions ill now have to call back tomorrow again on this 10p a min(+mobile charges) number for a second time and more than likely wait on hold another time.

Absolutely terrible, phone arrives in a piece of cardboard and then doesn't work, won't even switch on. No clear returns policy in case this happens either. Rubbish!!

Some of the E2Save processes are not ethical. Ex : I ordered a phone which was £22.50 a month after cash back. But nowhere it says on how to redeem the cash back before you place the order. I got caught and place the order and found out the way to redeem and wanted to cancel the order. Then I web chat with an agent and she confirmed that my order was cancelled. Few days after I was getting a lot of emails and texts confirming the delivery date. I would never recommend E2save to anyone.

I asked for my order to be canceled by a lady called Nicky, she confirmed this was fine as it wasn't processed through the system but I have now received confirmation the order is being delivered today. The people I have spoken to in customer services have been good but I am not happy with the overall experience.

Poor customer service. On hold for over 45 mins whilst trying to sort out my upgrade after I'd stupidly agree to it over the phone. On the initial call they made out original they were actual orange/ee and I was getting a good deal as a loyal customer. Once questioned they then said actual car phone warehouse acting on behalf orange. turns out there actual another sub company call on behalf of car phone warehouse (don't like being lied to or mislead). All my own fault for being impatient with my upgrade. They told me that my direct debit date wouldn't change, but still asked me to confirm my details. I've just found out the my DD hasn't been set up and I've had to phone ee myself to sort it.... AVOID!!!!!!

When this company contacted me on the 19th May 2014, they informed me that as I was upgrading my phone to a Samsung Ace 3, I would be entitled to either £230 cash or other goods. I elected to take the £230, I was informed that a cheque for this amount would be forwarded to my home address within 7 weeks. Some 8 weeks later on the 9th July having not received a cheque I contacted the company and informed them of the circumstances, I was informed that they would have to resurrect a new cheque and that this would again take another 7 weeks. I informed them that I was not prepared to wait another 7 weeks so they took all my bank card details and informed me that the £230 would be in my account within 7 to 10 working days. On 22nd July still not having received the £230 I again contacted the company and told them that I thought that this £230 was a scam, the person I spoke to informed me that he would look into the matter and phone me back, they never returned my call. Later the same date I again contacted the company and again informed them of the circumstances again the tried to fob me off with having to wait 7 weeks for the money. I told them this wasn’t going to happen and that all my bank details had already been taken for the cash to be paid into my account. I again gave them my bank details and they again informed me that the money would be in my account within 7 to 10 working day. They were informed that it the money was not received within this time span then the matter would be passed onto the Police and Trading Standards. One will now wait and see what the outcome will be.

Charged twice, delivered phones after a good fight and unexpected and uncommunicated refund late and poor communication which seems to be the standard for e2save.

Very disappointed, I've used you for a few years now and this time has been awful. I was contacted by you about an upgrade, I got my new phone with in 2 days which is brill but I've been waiting for my number to transfer for a week! I called orange which they have no record of my upgrade and they think a new deal has been set up instead!! I've tried contacting you for the last 2 days and had no luck. I would appreciate it you could contact me immediately to correct this before I pay for 2 contracts

I ordered my phone over one month ago. The first two handsets were faulty as they were not set up for the provider of the SIM that e2save also sent me. The third one is also faulty as it does not connect to the internet. I am currently waiting for this phone to be collected but as of yet have had no confirmation that it will be. I have wasted an unthinkable amount of time and money calling e2save and going into Carphone Warehouse stores. I have also missed out on wages and personal time to wait for phones to be collected and delivered. DPD was meant to collect the second faulty phone but they never turned up. In total this will be my eighth dealing with DPD which is really not good enough. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please provide me with a working phone as I am still paying you for my contract.
