Absolutely disgusted with the service, the phone was originally sent to carphone warehouse in Elgin instead of INVERNESS where I live. When I went in to carphone warehouse shop in INVERNESS to pick up phone, I asked for some help transferring my contacts from my old phone to new phone, was told they couldn't do that. I was so disgusted I told them I did not want the phone and was just going to leave it for them to return. I was then advised I could not do this as the phone was now my property. To say I was absolutely disgusted is an understatement. I then went into the Vodafone shop in INVERNESS and the young girl there was so helpful, she set up my new phone for me and transferred all my contacts for me, simple!!!! So, my question is, how come carphone warehouse just could not be bothered?? Useless. I just wish I had gone direct to the Vodafone shop in the first place, they were amazing.

After Initially being very happy with the deal I received for my contract update / this was short lived . My new phone was arranged to be delivered to the nearest car phone warehouse / because my address was wrong on the system and they couldnt change it - which was fine - i was happy to pick it up - I then recieved a text later that day saying my phone would be delivered the next day - only to my old address !!! After trying on numerous occasions to try and get hold of someone - I had no choice but to delay the order being delivered to the wrong address to buy more time to sort it out !! It then took me a ridiculous amount of time to actually speak to a human being and when I did - they said they were sorry about the mix up and the lady I spoke to said this would be sorted and that my new phone would be delivered to my nearest car phone warehouse . I was working on that day I believed it had been delivered but went in the next day to the car phone warehouse only to be told it wasn't there and that it had in fact been delivered to my old address - not once but twice !!! Thankfully the people that live there were honest to refuse to take it !!! I again am trying to get to speak to a person - which seems impossible with this company / so I'm still without my phone and can't speak to anyone !! The customer service is abismal and I am very angry with the ongoing situation !!

Terrible, the man I felt with wasn't helpful at all and then he got all my order wrong so had to send it back and cos I needed it ASAP they couldn't do it cos they had to wait for the telephone recordings to come back and 4 working days later they still wasn't back!!!

Had a phone delivered that I had asked to be cancelled 3 days earlier, a 52 minute wait to speak to someone in customer service (which I still haven't managed to do). No one willing to tell me how this company got my details! I was told the call was from car phone warehouse & now they seem to not have anything to do with E2Save & then to top it off had to pay over £7.00 to send back an item I didn't even want back!! To say I am annoyed is an understatement! Lets hope you get the return but right so you don't hold up my upgrade with O2 for much longer!

Don't make the same mistake as me, and order from these clowns!!! First, I placed the order on line and then got a text to call a 0871 number. Called it and was on hold for over 32 minutes @ 10p per minute. When it was finally answered, the agent could not find the order for the first few minutes. Then said it was ok nothing was required. Then DPD came to deliver, I changed to 'driver to neighbour'. They delivered to an address over 124 miles from me!! Then I called e2save, was on for 21 mins, 35 mins and 33 mins but no answer!! then did voice chat, said I would have to call... tried several times, no answer. Waste of time. Revoking payments from bank instead.

Ordered a Samsung galaxy S5 on a cashback deal that the telephone operator agreed to pricematch with another carphonewarehouse site. When the order details came through the price, you guessed it, was not the agreed price. So after four very long phone calls i am told that i have to return the phone as they cannot do the deal! Drrr whatis the point of the telephone opertor checking with his management to a deal that cannot be fulfilled.

Hi I ordered a phone and free gift iv only got 2 of the gifts I'm still owed a apple TV boxs I'm think of ending my deal coz I'm paying £53.50 a month iv range them and still not go what I'm paying for and thay say that it takes two days after the phone is dropped off I had time off work to wate for it and it taken them 7 days

I received my handset only 4 days later than expected. I was told my free gift would arrive 2 working days later. That was 18 November it is now the 1 December and I still haven't received it. I have been communicating with Customer Services both by phone and email. I have been 'guaranteed' on 3 occasions it would arrive the next day bit to no avail. I was told on the phone and even have emails from them telling me it would arrive on specific dates but no. The last time i spoke to customer services they said they had checked with the relevant department and that the gift had been despatched to the couriers. I called the couriers and they have no record of any delivery for me. They told me E2save would have a consignment number if that had been the case but E2save say they dont know what a consignment number is they only have an order number which is a complete lie.

I purchased the new iphone 6 just over a week ago and paid £99 for the phone. The phone came very quick however I hVe not been able to use the phone as the SIM card does not work. Contacted e2save last Wednesday (the phone call cost me £3.30) I was advised that the SIM card didn't work and they would need to send me new one. I was then advised that I would receive this last Friday on today, lastest. Safe to say I have still not received the SIM card and cannot do anything with the phone which is pretty poor as I have paid £99 for the phone. I asked if I would be reimbursed in any way and I was told I would receive a check for £28....this will take 6 weeks however. E2save seem to have some really good deals but the service is very poor. If my SIM card does not come tomorrow I will no doubt have to call again (at 30p per minute from your mobile).

Received a call from E2save, telling me that they could save me money as my plan was charging me too much as I no longer had to pay for my handset. I ask them not to change anything on my tarrif eg unlimited calls, texts, data etc. Later on I found out that they had taken away the NHS discount that I had on my account for years, and they had also reduced my data from 2G to 1G. I will never use them again.

Phone was purchased through e2save. The deal said cashback. No cashback details were shown on the my account page. On trying to ring them on the advertised number which it seems is the carphone warehouse I was asked to contact e2save by email to ask them to update the details. An email was sent and a reply received saying that it would be sorted within 72 hours, that was 15/11/2014. It is now 20/11/2014 and still not sorted.
