Very poor and badly manage service here despatched the Fone without carrying credit checks apparently which was there error and then expected me to return the phone because they messed up and the network wouldn't connect the line and then expected me to place another order with them I think not give these guys a wide miss

I bought monthly contract from e2save but unfortunately I reveived faulty mobile and while complaining I received very polite customer services that replacement would be sent. But again received faulty mobile. Simply wasting of time and money. I will never ever do business again with e2save

Received the phone within 1 day of order placed. But the device pack secure seal was broken and the device pack was also teared down. They advertised the device as a brand new with EE contract. But they have definitely sent either a refurbished or grade 2 phone. I couldn't believe they did this and I had to return the device and cancel the contract.

Hello Ravikiran, Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear the handset you received was opened. I can assure you the handset was brand new and not refurbished. The seal was opened as the warehouse performs spot checks of around 25% of the handset. This is done to ensure all the items are in the box when received from the manufacturer. Very sly, within 1 sec of me realising that it had gone up to 14.99 , i tried to stop the transaction, But no , there is no quick reply, Kept saying do not send the goods, but not only did you carry on, you left the goods with a neighbour upstairs, So then i have to log-in to get information to send goods back, which resulted in me having to pay 7.15 to return the goods by special royal mail, And you also have the cheek to take 0.01 out of my account, You hide all the details of exactly what a person has to do to get yr offer of 4.99 a mth, Send this, send that, Just read yr e-mail , Best time Wed , 11am-12.30 . or after 4pm , Give me time to flip open my fone and answer, 07833578790 or 01892673032 Thanks for yr reply, look forward to hearing from you Regards Jennifer Davey, So wheres my 7.15 that i had to pay to send the unwanted fone back, And not only that i find out you are trying to charge me on my vodafone account the 13.68. I bought the mobile as I was recommended by my sister and she advised me that we would get a referral fees but as I placed the order online I couldn't find the recommend family & friends option so I placed the order online on Wed and gave a ring to the sales team 2 mints after placing the order. i explained them about the referral and they advised me that I need to speak to customer services which i did the very next day but I was told that my sister needs to speak as she was the only who referred me she has spoken to the customer services team and all they say is we would not give you a referral fees This is really disappointing customer services and it leaves a rather bad taste I a m in the process of refunding the handset as this is totally unacceptable

Ordered an iphone6 recieved the next day only for it to be locked to another network!! Sent the iPhone back and asked for a replacement, still havnt received the replacement, rubbish!! Been without a mobile for 6 days, my livelihood is mobile dependant and I've lost business due to this, would not recommend to anyone stay clear.

I am totally dissapointed with this phone I dont like it at all Its tinny it does nothing its cheap and tacky I wish I had never ordered it It was said to be an upgrade and its terrible I hate it (Nokia 220)

I can see that you have already discussed this with a customer service advisor who has explained that sometimes our warehouse break the seal in order to batch check an item. Had to send phone back as the screen was chipped and aluminium casing was dented. Waiting for replacement. Had to send the mobile via royal mail for £8 insured.

good deals but very poor and expensive communication from e2save. Selected the insurance but when needed they said it doesnt exist, clearly there on the email I received after ordering, yet denied by e2save and phone care when I thought I had lost phone, luckily I did not need it. Disappointed Shows how these big companies operate, under different names and always give wrong misleading information. Speciality is taking money not offering service.

This is a scam. I have refused to accept the parcel,have tried to contact e2 to no avail. Today,27 Jan.2015 I am still awaiting confirmation I have rejected delivery of the mobile using the only ref. no.given78644488. Item was despatched to me at 8 Swans Ghyll, Priory Road,Forest Row .RH 185PA. Please confirm cancellation and inform EE Orange that the mobile order is cancelled and you have receipt of it. I was sent the wrong phone. A member of staff phoned me as I was going into a Doctor's appointment and I asked him to phone me back. No one has - and that was 3 days ago! Dreadful service!!!!!!

You operate a service that appears to be CPW but are actually e2save.com.I was sent a new 'phone with an inactive SIM that took me 5 days to activate with O2.When I called CPW customer services they re-directed me to e2save,washing their hands of the issue and saying it down to you.Your customer services gave me no useful advice and I ended up having to go to an O2 shop to get the phone sorted. I never want to deal with any Dixon CPW store or associated company again,I dislike one firm hiding behind the other and fobbing off the customers.

We were either mis-sold an upgrade or were sent the wrong handset and they didn't want to admit to the mistake. On contacting the customer services I was then given more misinformation. On trying the live chat system on the website I got the correct information and was promised I would receive a callback the next day. That was 4 days ago and I am still waiting. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

One of the worst services I have been offered. False promises, failing to meet timings and messed around with my network, which has had a knock on effect with regards to answering my emails text mesages etc. I will never use them again and think Carphone Warehouse should be ashamed to be associated with them!!
