“bought an iphone 5s on contract on ID, all was good until the phone arrived, NO SIM SUPPLIED, contacted customer services who told me that i would have to go and buy a sim card from carphone warehouse at a cost of £5.00, bought as a birthday present which cost me a lot of time and expense to sort things out, poor customer service back up. You need to wake up guys !!”
