“Not happy at all applied for an iPhone recieved an old Nokia and then was told when I phoned up the email saying I was accepted for the iPhone was sent in error so I applied again and the same happened !!! This shouldn't be allowed”

“bought an iphone 5s on contract on ID, all was good until the phone arrived, NO SIM SUPPLIED, contacted customer services who told me that i would have to go and buy a sim card from carphone warehouse at a cost of £5.00, bought as a birthday present which cost me a lot of time and expense to sort things out, poor customer service back up. You need to wake up guys !!”

“I love my new phone but have not yet got my free gift (xbox one) so il have to wait and see how true that offer was as thats the offer i asked for and there is no way of tracking that part or havent got a email about it so be nice to see how true that part was”
