“When ordering for the first time i was unsure what i would get. I chose an embroidered logo for a jumper and some t-shirts for my business. I placed my order and was contacted by customer services to proof my logo before all went ahead. Im so happy this happened as i got to make a change. I was surprised how quickly this happened, a few days later my items arrived. I was very happy with my purchases and the service. The logo logos look great embroidered. I will certainly purchase more.”

“Best price all round, would've given a higher star rating if it wasn't for the late delivery and my network provider through e2save slammed a £29 bundle charge on a phone line which was less than 24 hours old, not at all happy with that”

“I have been with o2 since 1998 and as my handset was playing up I wanted to do an early upgrade. I'm a big fan of HTC phones and wanted the latest 10 version the HTC range. I was shocked to find the o2 themselves were not doing the latest version and if I wanted anything close to that phone I would have to have the Samsung s7. I look to see if I could get my old tariff and I couldn't but found the closest to mine and it was £15 more.... I still had to contribute to the phone too, so I looked to see if I could get a better offer somewhere else and I found E2save. To my surprise they did the HTC 10 and I could get it on o2 as well, I saved £11 compared to o2 direct and I got the phone to for just £10 advanced fee....... I can only say check them out as I will be using E2save again.”

“Site was clear and easy to use. Offers were laid out in such a way that I did not have to waste time - though I did 'wander' through different parts of the site as the site actually attracts you to do this - which I see as a good point. Buying process was simple and each step was structured and straightforward - which I like. No pressure to buy insurance, or to change my options. The follow up email that I sent was dealt with quickly and extremely politely. I wish all phone site were like this!”

“Not happy at all applied for an iPhone recieved an old Nokia and then was told when I phoned up the email saying I was accepted for the iPhone was sent in error so I applied again and the same happened !!! This shouldn't be allowed”
