“Placed order and received my phone the following day! I submitted application at noon and come 16:00 I hadn't heard anything so gave customer services a call. They told me that credit check hadn't yet be done. The reason for this is I was told that EE had different info in their system so it wouldn't go through. I called ee and it turns out that they hadn't changed my address so address didn't match. That was changed so I called e2save back And it went straight through no problems. (The reason this happened is because I already have ee contract) Overall very happy. Awesome handset price- by far cheapest price on market and great tariff. Had to call customer services twice and took around 15 mins to speak with someone. I also wish that e2save would have informed me that they were unable to do credit check. I only found out because I rang them after 4 hours. If I hadn't have called them I probably wouldn't have got my phone next day. Will definitely use this company again.”

“The sales person was good, and provided a lot of detailed information on the phone, helping me to make a decision. The call was perhaps at a bad time, and I did feel a little under pressure to make a decision on the call, with no time to do some research and see if the deal is good for me. I was advised that the new phone, the Samsung J5 was very similar to the phone I had already, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3. However, the J5 is not as good, the storage is much less, the camera is not as good and there are a lot of other features that are not as good. Therefore, I am disappointed with the new phone, which I have to keep for 24 months. I was also advised that I would receive a £100 cheque, in the post and that it would be in the bank in time for Christmas. It is now the 28th December and I have not yet received the cheque. Upon reading the terms and conditions it advises that the cheque can take up to 12 weeks to come. Therefore, the information that I was given on the phone was incorrect and misleading. I am disappointed with the outcome of the purchase! I was advised that I could return the phone, but only if I did not put in the sim card. This was not helpful in any way, as I required the sim card to see the features in the phone.”

“I was able to change the original delivery day to a day when I was home which was very helpful. However, the email said I could check online on the day of delivery to my allotted 1 hour timeslot but this didn't seem possible so I was left not knowing what time between 8 and 6 I needed to be home. I did receive a text mid-morning to say when my delivery would arrive and it did arrive within the stated hour but I could have gone out and been back home which wa a bit frustrating. So overall good, but it would have been useful to find out first thing in the morning what time I needed to be home.”
