“I have recieved my Samsung Galaxy S5 mini last week by DPD. Its a very good phone I use it to download music and a couple of apps. I can't put it down since I purchased my phone almost a week ago. I would recommend it to a friend or a member of family.”

“I was very impressed with the prompt service I received. I was sent a text message a week prior to my contract ceasing and another the day before. The customer service officer who called was very friendly and extremely helpful. My phone arrived the next day! It was great, I didn't have to do anything. My only disappointment is that the phone didn't come with a manual or the little pin thingy for popping out the pin tray. I had to Google how to put the pin in the phone because the Galaxy S6 is different to the previous Galaxy's - which I wasn't aware of until now!”

“Website was easy to use . Delivery wasn't 100% as took day off work and still missed parcel , didn't ear knock . Rang and was told it would definitely be delivered later same day but wasn't . Had to re arrange for it to be left with neighbours.”

“I bought a refurbb Iphone 6, and it was in great condition, it looked like new, but it was sim-locked with an other provider. Soo i had to send this one back and received another one. The customer service is great”

“Got a 5s refurb from them, good price and 02 contract terms but it arrived without an Apple key to the SIM holder just a USB/charger - no earphones, box, manual etc so not quite good as new. Phoned 02 to activate my phone and transfer a number - they had no record of my new SIM and couldn't help but sent me a new SIM instead. The next day my daughter got it activated somehow without using the fresh SIM and got all my data etc from the previous phone onto my new one. Seems fine so far but just so you know..”
