“99p phone! And compulsory £10 credit. What a package. Overall really pleased with phone. Works just like the good old nokias used to. E2save superfast delivery and no complaints there. Slight gripe with the credit taking a couple of days to activate. Signed in to e2 account and saw that it said could take a couple of days which put my mind to rest and sure enough crecit added. Thank you e2save :)”

“Hi, I HAVE PURCHASED REFURBISHED I PHONE 6/24 MONTHS CONTRACT. BUT I DIDNOT RECEIVED THE ACCESSARIES, WHEN I CONTACTED E2 SAVE THEY SAID IT CANNOT BE INCLUDED FOR HYGEINE PROBLEMS, BUT IN YOUR WEBSITE CLEARLY SAYS NOT GURANTEED TO INCLUDE ACCESSARIES NOTHING SPECIFIED ABOUT HYGEINE ISSUES. iF THE ISSUE IS HYGEING HOW ITS POSSIBLE TO SELL ONLY THE PHONES??. I THINK YOU ARE SELLING THE ACCESSARIES SEPARATELY TO MAKE MONEY ?”

“Very helpful salesperson. We did move through the various options so the price and options changed. Very clear conclusion to call. On receipt of my order the price plan was not as I had agreed. My call to customer service was dealt with efficiently and said it would take 1to 2 days to resolve. I rang on day 3 but again customer service was extremely pleasant and we resolved the issue to my satisfaction.. It is not often you can say you had a pleasant experience when contacting any companies customer service but I can in this instance. I have only indicated good as my experience as there was the discrepancy and I did have to contact them .”

“The delivery was made within the designated time scale. I have looked at the contents and they appear to be OK. All I have to do now is insert the SIM and wait for set up to be completed and ensure the contract/payments are as agreed. Thanks”

“Great service, only one complaint and it is quite an important one - they didn't advise at any point that the Network provider was going to take a £50 fee/deposit on the account on the first bill making it £75 instead of £25 in the first month. I'm afraid this issue let them down badly, if they had advised me at any point that would of been much less of an issue.”

“Purchasing process fairly straight forward. One hiccup was not receiving any confirmation emails as they went to .com As opposed to my .co.uk maybes a system error. Delivery was quick with dpd and tracking emails texts good to follow. Overall decent process for buying and setting up apart from the one mishap which meant my new O2 username was sent to another email address which was not mine”
