“I ordered 3 IPhone 5S phones for my wife and two daughters. One is delivered and the other two disappear from the order. You can't contact them, as their email last week said they're working on things and don't try to contact them. In hindsight, having now read reviews of this company, I should have purchased from a bonfire shop rather than a set of Cowboys.”

“Your colleague Millin really listened and understood my issue and dealt with it in a professional and supportive way, I am going through a very stressful time at the moment, and having someone the other other end of the phone who could help me relieved me of further stress which I am unable to deal with. Millin kept me up to date with my query as he had promised to do, very rare is to see this type of service. thank you”

“I liked it because you could compare all the different options and decide witch one would suit you most. This one we bought for my 14 year old daughter. She had to pay for it herself and it was great to be able to see all the options side by side. Hopefully she will get the phone today. Thankyou”
