“No nonsense, easy to see all details of my purchase on website. Communication details came through following approval. Good courier choice too - even though they came to house and knocked, no-one heard - a quick follow up call to them saw the courier back to ours within the hour!”

Looked around for the best deals and this site came up top, very good prices on all the latest smartphones compared to any other site, easily the cheapest. Phone arrived exactly on time, to the very minute intact, also good at keeping you up to date with your order so you know what to expect and when to expect it. Quality website.”

“I called E2save after looking at their website as I had a couple of questions about the iPhone 5s contract that was advertised. I was initially put off by the cost of the phone call (it wasn't a freephone or national rate number). Then I decided to try the customer services number which I found elsewhere on the website and after a short wait I was able to speak to someone who answered my questions. I then ordered the phone online the next day and the day after I received my new phone. Great service. I wonder though if other people are put off by the expensive phone number?”

“I have no idea who e2save are. Never heard of the company before. I did have a phone call about my mobile contract renewal, but was under the impression the phone call was from Carphone Warehouse. How did this company get my contact details?”

“Always problems, never solutions! If I place ONE order 2 phones that is because I want 2 phones, duh! Don't then send me 1 phone and 'cancel' the 'other order' - there was ONE order for 2 phones. again, duh!”

“did not set up my phone to work. this has now taken 5 phone calls and 02 are sorting the problems out cw would not be recommended to any of my friends or collegues”

“I've given poor simply because the delivery arrived very quickly- although that's nothing to do with e2save and more a recommendation for DPD delivery! When it comes to e2save, it takes hours to get through to customer services. At this point, I have a phone that doesn't work properly and I can't speak to anybody to get a new one. It's just not good enough. I definitely wouldn't recommend e2save.”
