“Upon reading about this company , I decided to make a call in red to obtain get a new phone , the clerk I spoke to was very helpful and non persuasive , To the whole team , your staff are a credit to you . Very professional , easy to understand, if other company's operated like this then telesales etc would not get a bad name . Hello Sandra, Thank you for your review. I’d like to apologise for the tariff being incorrect. This can be for two reasons. The first could be due to pro rata billing. The first month’s bill is usually higher due to this. As the bill is higher on the first month you will pay less on your last month. The second reason could be because of cash back. If you have cash back with your order then the effective cost will always be displayed. I’ve tried calling you to discuss this further but I was unable to get through to you. “The phone and service of ordering was fantastic especially the great deal I received for the contract. However delivery was a nightmare. The delivery guy didn't attempt the first day when he claimed he did after waiting in all day, the next day day he was asked to leave with a neighbour as we were both at work to which we came home to a calling card knowing our neighbour was happy to receive it and then we rearranged it again, after not receiving a text in the morning we rang them to ask what time t would arrive to be told that it wasn't being delivered as there had already been two attempts. Firstly if we had not rang we would have not known as we had the email confirming it would be delivered and then to top it all off we had to go pick it up ourselves a one hour 15 round trip because it hadn't gone out to delivery. Great deals and easy ordering but unless you have days to take off at work for delivery It is quite difficult will the delivery company!”

“Great company! No fuss, fast no hassle service. I bought the iPhone 6s with 7gig data unlimited minutes and text for 31 pound a month plus 25 for the phone over 24 months and couldn't find a deal anywhere that came near to it. It works out that I'm paying less than 7 pound a month for my allowance because it would be 620 for the phone alone, so I'm really pleased.”

“Had a bit of difficulty with the online order, as it kept saying my card details wouldn't work (possibly my name on the card wasn't exact but I'm not sure). Called them up and waited a while (10 mins) then got through to very friendly person who sorted my order really quickly and answered all my questions. Took a few hours for my confirmation email to come through ( which made me nervous). Got hour slot given the next morning and was delivered on time in a sealed box. Phone is brill, thought it would be refurbished for that price (brilliant price no one else any where near) but was assured it wasn't. £31 for unlimited calls/texts and 7GB on vodafone with £25 upfront! Brilliant deal. Network worked straight away. No trouble so far and great customer service.”
