“I took a gamble on a E2save having never heard of them before. I ordered a refurbished iPhone 6 on a Vodaphone contract. The phone arrived and was immaculate. The tariff I am now on is not only cheaper, but I have a new phone too. Previous plan was sim only. I signed up to this on a Sunday afternoon and received my new phone and sim on Monday. Two days later my number had been transferred. Doesn't get any better. I can't recommend E2save any higher. Best deal and service I have received from any phone supplier. Adrian. A very satisfied customer.”

“The product was value for money and arrived quickly...but trying to get in touch with a telephone enquiry is hard! A 45 minute wait on hold (time out of my day) and at 13p a minute! ....that's poor customer service. Now I'm signed up for 24months I just hope that I never have to call.”

“I was impressed withE2save. After quite a lot of research I found that nobody offered the same deals as E2 save. I went ahead an ordered my phone nine with ease. When I tried to get my PAC code from my old provider, they told e that to get a deal like I had with E2save that there had to be a catch. "The phone will be refurbished and they probably have not pointed out the added V.A.T" This dos concern means I spoke again to a nice lady at E2 save who put my worries to rest. There is no added vat and the phone is brand new. The very next day after ordering my phone arrived by dpd who always offer a good service. So far I have been very pleased withe phone and the ease of everything. Thanks very much. James Williams.”

“Far cheaper than going direct to EE, and even cheaper than Carphonewarehouse. Next day delivery, and one phone call to EE to change the number. Easy way to save shed loads of money”

“So I have my phone and it arrived quickly so that is good. However I feel I was misled when they called up as I thought I was talking to Carphone warehouse and clarified this on the call. Utterly puzzled when email talking about e2save turned up as had no idea where they were. Completely hooky way of running a business. If e2save is run as separate division it should not be using the Carphone warehouse brand name. If they need to use Carphone to sell the contracts then just do away with the division and sell direct. Trust is an absolutely fundamental part of customer service. Will now not use Carphone warehouse or e2save again as I feel their business practices are not honest and wonder how else my data may be used etc.”

Hello Eden, Thank you for your review. I’d like to apologise for being misled. The sales team that would have called you do work for Carphone Warehouse. The campaign that they are on and the team are located within the same contact centre as e2save. All our customers have the 14 days piece of mind guarantee. We also offer a 30 days exchange of the handset become faulty. Outside of the 30 days we also offer 12 months warranty with all Carphone Warehouse stores. “I felt bullied into placing an order. And I only placed an order on the basis that I thought I was ordering with Carphone Warehouse when that was not the case. It was a catalogue of errors when I went to pick up the handset, probably not the fault of E2Save. But Carphone did advise me that I had prbably not been given the best deal for me and they would have advised a different deal all together. Almost enough for me to refuse the phone and cancel my contract woth CW, if not for the very good young man I dealt with at CW”
