When I was told that I am getting a delivery I was expecting everything that I ordered together not to have to wait for the other item to arrive which hasn't. You shouldn't advertise the package if its not going to turn up at the same time as the other one

Not happy with my ordered because the confirmation letter has not come with the order. The SIM cards weren't correct for my Iphone5

i order 2 tablets both were packed from out side but when i open them to give it to my girl friend we found that the inner packing was open by some one and then repack the BOTH parcels.it make a impression in front of my friend that i am giving her some body's used tablet.I trust E2save but found them untruest worthy.

I don't think I got a very good deal. Since I received the phone, I have looked and asked around at various outlets. I could have got a better phone on a cheaper tariff with a better cash back, also I was told that you have signed me up on an old 3g Orange contract when I could have been on a more upto date 4g EE contract. So I wont be using you again or recommending you. PS When I asked your operative about insuring my phone he didn't seem interested. I rang up EE and they said I couldn't insure it with them because I had taken it out with a third party. I have had to insure it with some else. Not impressed!!!

Have to say I wouldn't want to deal with this outfit again. Purchased a phone with them under contract. Got the usual emails to say all is ok then Carphone Warehouse sends me an email stating they do not deal with me as i'm not good enough (ie security issues). So they cancel my order, yet E2Save still keeps sending me emails to say all is ok. i then call to let them know i've purchased elsewhere & inform them of whats happened. Was told all cancelled a day or 2 later i then get emails from the network provider to say what my 1st bill was going to be & that it was going to be taken out via DD shortly, then the courier contacts me to let me know the delivery will be on a certain date. Do these people not talking to one another. Won't be using this crew again in a hurry very un-impressed with them!

I ordered a phone on 4 July and got a message to say it was out of stock and I would be contacted in 7 days Today is 9 days since my order and not a peep.I could have been called and offered an alternative but have heard nothing, silence is not golden when you need a phone?

Product is fine, after sales service is awful. I was in a "queue" for an hour only to find out later that the department had closed 10 minutes after I started in the queue and this on an 0871 chargeable number

The phone is fine, my problem is with the delivery. I had an email notifying me of the the delivery date, which was a time I was on holiday. I immediately used the option to change the date. However on the morning of the original delivery date I was told the package was to be delivered and it was too late to change. I heard nothing else after. On returning home a week later I found that my phone had been given to my neighbour'a builder to sign for!! I had received no sign that this had happened (either by text, email or through the door). It was fortunate that my neighbour and the builder were so honest as I'd have been none the wiser if somebody had stolen it. Shocking service, terrible

Don't order over the phone. Choose something online so you know what your getting and can prove what you ordered. The sales guy told me I was getting a 4G tariff. When it arrived it was a 3g tariff as I suspected. I asked twice if he was sure it was 4G as I had never heard of a 250mb 4G tariff. He said he was sure. He was either lying or very ignorant of tariffs.
