I was upset to hear that I had been refused my phone and that there was a problem with my credit check. But then a very helpful person phoned about my phone and said there had been a mistake and sorted everything out. 5 stars to her for sorting it out, and for the phone and the rest of the service.

5 days after agreeing contract with E2 save- I have no phone service, my prior phone has been disconnected but details of my contract have no been sent to EE and so new phone not activated. I am very disappointed with this service.

Asked for billing to be taken each month from credit card and the person I was talking to says she needed sort code so for this reason I will be retuning the phonealso it is quite difficult to open the phone to put battery in

I am very disappointed with the after sales service I have had the phone over 24 hours and still no service on it, I would like to remind you that I need to keep my old phone number, I am still struggling with getting my contact details down loaded. I have been to car phone warehouse for help but they was unable to help me, and I can not understand why I have only got 6gb where my friends have 16gb please help thanks

Was told by customer service person that i would get a £180 cash back which i would receive automatically but since i received the mobile and have been given a bill i havent heard anything about cash back ?? Was not told i would have to wait not happy at all very upset with lack of care once you sign up there interest in you fades away.

Have to wait 5 days to activate sim but am already on new tariff hence having to not log on to internet unless at home on wifi due to restricted data allowance. Waited over 30 minutes on hold this morning and still never got through!!! Overall very dissapointed and would not have proceeded if I had been told about the 5 day wait for sim activation.

The phone is ok but why not yet received a laptop. He had to be in the package with the phone and to this day I do not have. Please explanation of the case.

I am still waiting on the number transfer taking place. Phone has been on since Tuesday 1st October and still not done yet.

Poor Customer Service, no product knowledge, long waiting response time, no responsibility to respons to customer needs, failed to keep up the promises, very rude agents they close the chat sessions on your face OVERALL RATING 0 /10

Not overly impressed. I ordered through topcashback.co.uk, which offered £45 cash back. It tracked at £27. I know it's E2save's affiliate network, but E2save need to take some responsibility, we are (or were) their customers! Then there's E2Save's practices. I specified the delivery date, which was confirmed by email. Then it was changed by E2Save, then changed back by me. It did arrive though, on the specified date, and at the 1hr specified time, so credit to DPD, the delivery agent. Then I got my first bill from Orange. Charged from the date vI placed my order. With the odd extra billed for too. It took slightly less than an hour on the phone to Orange to sort out. Come on E2save, honour what we've signed up to, and don't tell the mobile companies what suits you best. Overall rating: could play fair and do much better.

From ordering to delivery, the service was excellent! However, I found lack of clarity on the instructions on how to start the devise, contract information, troubleshooters instructions etc. were not there at all. Micro sim together with a sim adapter was provided but to a non IT expert , it wasnt clear enough on what to do. Also whilst entering into the contract, i provided my pac number but nothing is working at the moment. My sim card registration failed - dont know what to do!!

I placed my order online for 2 nokia Lumia 635 phones. The status on the website showed that the phones would be delivered the next day. Having not received the phones on Tuesday, I called the sales number only to be told that there was a problem with the order. Note that I needed the phones for my kids who started school today. As a result they dont have phones which leaves me in a very difficult position. The order was finally resolved by Simon, and a thanks to him, however, I do feel the company did not make any attempt to contact me to resolve the problem. Instead waited on me to call their very expensive number and wait to be connected to an operator. Overall it left me feeling let down by a company that I have just purchased 2 handsets from. I am still waiting on delivery, hoping there is no problems there. I do feel that I should be compensated for the inconvenience.
