Wasnt to happy as my phone was switched off ie the sim before the new one had arived so iwasnt able to call out or send messages or look up any media for nearly two days . Not thebest for me as I have investment news I need to ccheck up on .

Told item could be delivered in 24 hours on a Friday then got delayed over a weekend so had to wait for Monday delivery. Told I would get an email with delivery time slot. No email received. Phone got delivered. Husband walking the dog so missed delivery because we did not know what time it was coming. Had to re- organise delivery. Bought the special offer package of car holder, car charger and gel care. My phone is pink colour and I get sent a black case, can't see colour of phone at all. Bit useless.

I have found this phone very difficult to operate( without a Phd in high tech stuff).It is not user friendly and did not even have an instruction manual.I'm considering returning it.

I've paid for my phone to arrive before 10 today ,only to be told by DDP that it's coming between 1130/1230 ,would not of put this on hear but cannot get thought to live chat earthier so poor I think

I was promised a £60 loyalty cheque but I still have not received it. Also the contact number is not free so have to pay to call you. I was under the impression I had unlimited data I found out I have 5 gigs and it ran out last month. I wish I had gone for the upgrade I was offered in the shop if I am honest.

Good deals but they add insurance without permission and you can’t get hold of anyone there except on the sales line, when they redirect you to online chat that just crashes or says nobody is currently available. VERY frustrating! Please sort it out.

I felt tricked into paying £29.01 for a phone that is free with the package. When I challenged I was told it was made clear they e2save provide the phone not o2. Also why I was charged money to test my debit card when clearly you are already testing it to take the £29.01. Try other providers these phones are free and available elsewhere at no cost to you.

The Nokia product is very good ( as it is from any retailer) but sales and customer service is dreadful. I ordered a phone as a birthday gift and received an e-mail from E2Save confirming my order... Within an hour I received another-mail telling me it was not is stock and would not be delivered... I tried to reply - bounced back undeliverable.... I tried to phone, no answer.... I tried the customer chat line and after a wait Sid responded and understood that if I couldn't have the phone in time for a birthday eight days on I didn't want it, I'd buy one elsewhere. Sid cancelled the order and I cut and pasted that conversation into Word, half suspecting that something might go wrong.... Within minutes I bought the same phone elsewhere at £10 less and it came with a load of extras that E2Save's phone did not include. Software disc, a multi-national power adapter and of course a charger. That phone came the next day but days later I had another e-mail from E2Save saying that my order had been processed and would be delivered (too late for the birthday)..... Again I tried to answer the e-mail but it seems that address doesn't actually exist, I tried to call, no answer, I resorted back to the customer chat line and told my story to a different person. I was told I had to phone in to cancel my order but of course none of four attempts to call were answered.... None of this is coincidence, I believe it to be a tactic not to lose a sale.... One unhappy bunny £180 out of pocket...

I WAS TOLD BY THE GENTLEMAN WHO CALLED SO SEE IF I WANTED TO UPGRADE I TOLD HIM THAT I HAD AN IPAD THAT I NO LONGER NEEDED BUT STILL HAD A FEW MONTHS TO GO ON THE CONTRACT HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD ARRANGE FOR THE PAYMENTS TO BE STOPPED THIS WAS A BLATENT LIE I HAVE CONTACTED ORANGE THEY RECOMMEND THAT I SPEAK TO ONE OF YOUR SUPERVISORS AS CONDUCT LIKE THIS GIVES THE WRONG INPRESSION TO FUTURE COSTOMERS

Cancelled agreement as e2serve could not connect to the network. The consequence of them trying and seemingly pressing the wrong settings left me without a proper working phone for several weeks. Having said that, the staff on the chat line were very helpfull.

Poor, phone arrived promptly, but 56 hours after i still haven't been able to use it as have not received the ever so important error message on my old phone. I have tried to call e2save, and have left countless messages, but now they have their commission they don't seem to care about the customer.

The phone cover feels very cheap and ugly. Not sure if it protects the phone if dropped as looks very weak. The in car holder keeps falling from the window and no longer worth using. The in car charger seems to be working ok and does what it says on the description, hence poor rating and not very poor.

When I was told that I am getting a delivery I was expecting everything that I ordered together not to have to wait for the other item to arrive which hasn't. You shouldn't advertise the package if its not going to turn up at the same time as the other one

Not happy with my ordered because the confirmation letter has not come with the order. The SIM cards weren't correct for my Iphone5
