“gave these guys a go after I had been refused a contract elsewhere (about 6 other companies). came across e2save and figured why not, probably get turned down again but you never know. so I placed my order and less than 24 hours later I received an e-mail saying I was successful and my phone was due the next day. my phone along with my new pay monthly contract arrived 2 days later but as I only had confirmation on a Saturday I thought that was very good. I was constantly updated about the delivery and received my invoice via e-mail. trust me these guys are great. I even got a better deal with them than had I gone direct to the service provider. take a shot, it's got to be worth it. so glad I did. 1st class”

“I got a deal with e2save that could not be matched with other online shops. The only downside is trying to contact customer services by phone very slow. Hopefully I will not have use this to often. But once you get through customers services staff were very helpful. Also the sales telephone should be free or at least local rates but not 13p a minute you are charging. This puts people off. This is the reason I would not give you 5Stars”

“Ordering online was straight forward, called about the progress of my order and they sorted everything out on the phone, although had I not called I'm not sure how long it would of taken them to get in touch about some missing information. Delivery was quick and I was able to follow it online.”

“Far and away the best deal ever on the Nexus 6, £11 per month cheaper than Carphone Warehouse, they proposed £32 per month for a thirteen year old...eh! no!, couldn't resist this offer though and both father and son are doing well. Thank you e2.”

“The E2 save chap on the telephone was very good. However, it was totally different next day when I collected my phone from carphone warehouse. The girl was not very pleasant and questioned the deal that I had arranged with E2 save. Not happy with the customer service from the shop. Really happy with my deal and phone though.”

“I was sent a SIM card that didn't work then I was waiting 2 days for the new one to arrive then when that arrived it wasn't activated for well over 24 hours when I got told it would take no longer then 24 hours also, the plug to put my charger cable into is faulty as the cable does not go in to the plug.”
