“Excellent customer service - I originally had problems with my order as I mistyped some of my bank account details. I was told to call up and I would be assisted, and that I was, the two staff members I spoke to were pleasant and helped to get my error resolved. My order was initially due to arrive on a Monday, and to my surprise it was delivered a day earlier on the Sunday, which I thought was great. So massive thanks for really fast service and turnaround on the order. My order was finalised on a Friday PM, and it was with me by Sunday lunchtime, cannot complain with that!”

“I had done a lot of research to find the best deal on an iphone 6s and this came out top. The phone arrived in good time with good tracking information provided. All in all a very good service. Even better when I discovered I had been given £26 cashback by going through Top Cashback!”

“I was dubious at first having received a call from e2Save about upgrading, however looking at comparison sites they seemed to have s decent reputation and be by far the cheapest way of getting an iPhone 6S for my new contract. I phoned customer support to check a few details before ordering online and they were not only extremely helpful, but they gave me a promo code for £10 off the already impressive handset upfront cost. Very happy to use them again in the future and very pleased with the easy to use website.”

“Firstly my order went to the wrong address after explicitly explaining that I had recently moved house and being assured that my address had been changed. I asked for the phone to be delivered to a car phone warehouse store, this did not happen and they tried to deliver to my old address!!! I then had to take half a day off of work to go pick up the phone from a dpd office, as I don't drive this was costly and difficult. Then I was denied car phone warehouse geek squad insurance when I had been offered it on the initial call and been told that I could call back a couple of days later to set this up, which was apparently not the case. After being passed through 5 different advisors and going through security 5 times on a 46 minute long phone call, my issues were still NOT solved and are still not solved now. I will be contacting trading standards.”
