“Fast Service and pretty straightforward site to use on a Desktop PC, however the online order form was a little tricky to use on an ipad, and the 'Captcha' thing to prove I was human didn't work. Still, it seemed to bypass this and let me order my new phone anyway. Phone arrived the next day and everything has been spot on since.”

“The waiting time for someone to answer is very poor. When you go to car phone warehouse it's very difficult for phones to be returned even thou you advertise as car phone warehouse. This will do damage to car phone warehouse if not sorted”

“The sales person led me to believe that he was from car phone warehouse - when I received the phone the sim did not work and as usual the help desk could not reverse the sale for 5 days! So I could not even buy a new phone as I wanted the same number. I am also worried that they have changed my direct debit payments and even though they have assured me that I won't pay more - previous experience tells me I have not received a satisfactory service yet. My advice - go to a store to purchase a new phone!”

I’m sorry to hear that there has been some confusion in regards to who you have upgraded with, Carphone Warehouse have several outbound campaigns based within our premises’, therefore it is possible that you have upgraded with them. I have tried to contact you this morning to address these concerns, however unfortunately you were unavailable. It is also disappointing to hear that upon receiving your phone the Sim card didn’t work, I appreciate the frustration this would cause and sincerely apologise. If you have chosen to return the phone, it will take a maximum of 5 working days for your upgrade to be reversed (from the date of receipt of the phone in our warehouse). “After going to all of the phone shops the cheapest deal for a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ was £47.. after days of searching online I found EXACTLY the same contract that was offered for £47 in store for £36 on e2Save ! I ordered this late Sunday evening and my phone was delivered at 9:30 am on Monday morning!! Very impressive! I've been recommending everyone :)”

“Excellent customer service - I originally had problems with my order as I mistyped some of my bank account details. I was told to call up and I would be assisted, and that I was, the two staff members I spoke to were pleasant and helped to get my error resolved. My order was initially due to arrive on a Monday, and to my surprise it was delivered a day earlier on the Sunday, which I thought was great. So massive thanks for really fast service and turnaround on the order. My order was finalised on a Friday PM, and it was with me by Sunday lunchtime, cannot complain with that!”
