“Knew exactly what my usage was, had excellent deals at his fingertips and quickly gave me the information I wanted. Not pushy at all, just tempting! I wanted a sim only contract and signed up for an iPhone 6s for 2 years, which shows how good he was and I have no regrets. I'd got tired of other sales people and their fluffy sales talk. He asked me what I was considering, gave me a price asked had I considered a new phone, gave me an excellent price and I was in. I'd done my homework, just like he had. Clear and concise.”

“Delivery of phone was excellent. Didn't like having to read out credit card details over the phone whilst in a shop with other people within earshot, a secure and private way of handling this ought to be found, as I am not at all happy with the current method. It would put me off from using you again.”
