I was happy with the service at the beginning ,the iPhone arrived with in a week but then when I put the SIM card into the iPhone it said no signal this went on for 2 days, so I called vodaphone to be told the sim card phone number wasn't a number! I called e2save customer services the man was very helpful and apologised for this , but I then had to wait another 10days for a new SIM card. This phone also came with a free gift which I still have NOT received.

Hello Kim, Thank you for your review. I tried to call you today however you were unavailable. Sometimes connections don’t always go through correctly with the network and we have to re-process and send out a replacement simcard. I apologise you had to wait for the replacement to be received. Exactly what I wanted. No fuss. Just ordered a mobile phone and it turned up when they said it would. Phone was in perfect condition. Everything worked as it should. How simple my life could be if everybody I dealt with was like this.

Phone was purchased through e2save. The deal said cashback. No cashback details were shown on the my account page. On trying to ring them on the advertised number which it seems is the carphone warehouse I was asked to contact e2save by email to ask them to update the details. An email was sent and a reply received saying that it would be sorted within 72 hours, that was 15/11/2014. It is now 20/11/2014 and still not sorted.

Very frustrated. I called up to cancel the order right after I ordered. The website is so confusing as I wanted to order standard phone and it had small "s" which is not prominent to see and ordered "mini" version. I called up right away and multiple times to cancel and was told that it has been cancelled and I will get a confirmation email. Its been more than a week now and I haven't got any email regarding the cancellation. My order came for delivery which I didnt accept and I cancelled the Direct Debit. Even now i keep getting emails about my bill and order. So FRUSTRATED.

the phone I got samsung galaxt ace 2 seems fine but the impression you get that its is EE(orange) thats calling you seems to be on there behalf first of all phones ordered delivery next day then it was changed to 5 days later supposedly because we requested this no but the arrived next day also had more phones in depot for 5 days later then it took 5 days and several phones call to EE why are they using thrida party for upgrades

We’re unable to process an upgrade order unless it’s been authorised by your network provider beforehand and I want to assure you that the contract you agreed will now be active with your network. Our outbound sales calls are regularly monitored to ensure we are advising customers the correct information and giving all the advice they need to make a decision on their order. My phone order was not processed in a timely and took 2 days to respond to my e mail. A week on and have yet to receive the free gifts, which should have followed the phone 2 days later. Good deal but service is lacklustre

A nice new shiny iphone for a little more than I would of expected to pay for a sim only contract. The best price with a choice of two networks & delivered FREE by a reputable company who kept me well up-to date which hour my phone would be delivered in following day!. Result. Five Star service. ????

I am so annoyed that I have not been listened to. I wanted to save the switch till after I came back from holiday. I told the person On the phone the dates I would be away. I agreed My daughters were there to receive the phone but it would to be activated till I got back. My phone stopped whilst I was away and on return.This very annoying company left me without any phone to call my family to collect me from the airport. They stopped my service whilst I was away and I still have no service as my contract has stopped. By the time I got back from work today they were closed so I still have no phone. I would never recommend them and If this does not get sorted In my lunch break tomorrow I will stop the contract.

Ordered a fee Galaxy S5 on O2 for £23 a month - by far the cheapest deal around. The phone was a "refurbished" phone (returned by another customer under a 14 day contract cooling off period). The phone was delivered in a plain box with charger and was immaculate, with no signs of previous use. Phone arrived within the promised 1hr delivery window. I will be recommending to friends & family.
