Received my phone but had the problem of a cracked screen wasn't able to contact anyone on the phone, email, or find out how to do the online chat. Experience was very poor, there is no customer service. I had emailed twice and still waiting for a reply

The phone arrived very promptly as promised,however, nearly 3 weeks later and I am still awaiting my iPad mini. I have called 4 times and have been given the same response that it will be with me in 1-3 days as it comes from another company. Sorry I am dealing with E2save mobiles so it is to you I come with my complaint.

Delivery was prompt in a fact within 48hours of concluding the deal. The on line assistance - Chat was quite impressive too, except that that the promised gift never came. ??? However, Keep up the good work!!

Had to make the purchase over the phone due to the fact I've lived at quite a few addresses in the last 3 years, but the person I spoke to was very polite and made the transaction very quick and easy. Already got the phone today!

Thank you for delivering my new phone this morning, Considering the delivery address was wrong and the parcel was not delivered I rang and spoke to DPD and you managed to get the parcel to me without any delay, so thank you once again.

Would have got Good or even very good but for asking me to ring back on a 0845 number at 10p a minute charge. They could have E-Mailed me or rang me as the call was only to confirm the details I had already provided. The call lasted 12 minutes and cost me £1.20 and I do not see any reason for it.

Great service from E2Save. Good communication from the moment I placed the order, letting me know every step of the way as the status changed. Delivery was good too, with a stated delivery date in advance, and a 1 hour slot for delivery - both of which I could change if it was inconvenient. Setup of the phone was simple and it worked with the SIM automatically. Would definitely use again.

Phone came quickly and tracking number received. Free gift was delivered 4 days later to a different address with no notification of dispatch or delivery. Overal I am happy so far

Ordered an upgrade on-line Great got a free gift Great but when phone turned out to be crap was told return both items when I only wanted to change phone or go to retailer so that's what I'll have to do so not so great!

My phone arrived and is locked to a different network (it's a refurb model). So my contract has started and I can't even use the phone. DPD were supposed to collect it today but I got a message saying I wasn't available.. I was. E2save were apologetic on the phone last week but I still don't have a working phone a week after placing my order.

Despite being asked for a suitable delivery address which I gave, the phone was not delivered to that address, but delivered to my home whilst I was not at home. Only subsequently did I discover that a first order delivery requires to be delivered to the billing address. I received my new phone 5 days, 3 working days after placing my order. When I received the delivery parcel, the box inside the bag had opened, and the phone was lying loose in the bag. I do not yet know if it has sustained any damage. Despite requesting transfer and continuation of my old/previous mobile number, I was given a new number. All in all, a very poor service.

Hello Reg Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I’ve tried to call you this morning in order to discuss this issue further but was unable to reach you. I’m sorry it wasn’t made clear when you placed your order online that we wouldn’t be able to deliver to the address you provided. I’ve forwarded your feedback to the marketing department who will be reviewing the information given to customers regarding their delivery options. Your handset may have been selected by the warehouse for a random security check where they open the box to ensure all the goods are inside. The warehouse will reseal this before sending the handset to a customer but it appears this may not have been done correctly.
