I was very happy with your service when I ordered four phones. I collected my phones from the carphonewarehouse . I was a bit disappointed when there was no accessories for the phones that I was promised. Hope to here from you soon. Thanks Scott

Got a brand new contract at a very good price for an iPhone 6s, better than any other deals I had seen! Registered my details online and within 5 mins had a confirmation email. Then within a couple of hours I had the email confirming my new contract and that my new phone would be delivered tomorrow which it was so very happy! Would definitely use again!

Fantastic experience with E2 Save Mobiles - I had never had a more pleasant experience in getting out a new contract phone. Everything was smooth, and not to mention QUICK! I'd definitely recommend to anyone who is considering taking out a new contract, but may not necessarily have the time to head into a shop. Everything is completed online, a very quick application form - and if you're accepted, you receive an email within 1-2 days and your phone is shipped to you the VERY NEXT DAY! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

After spending days checking out deals, I found a deal on e2save that could not be beaten or even matched by the top networks. Filled in simple detail online at about 3pm, by 8pm I had confirmation all was good with my credit. This was a Friday so expected phone earliest Monday. Only to receive a further email saying phone was to be delivered special delivery Saturday . Tracking fir phone was faultless and even showed you an online map with location of delivery and estimated time. Phone delivered safely and I'm extremely happy, already I'm recommending e2save to my friends s the service and deals are unbeatable.

Ordered s4 kept informed until delivery, I was informed 1 hour before delivery was due this was really useful. Best deals I could find online and phone was in excellent condition. cashback makes the deal unbeatable and claiming couldn't be easy. this is my second time buying from e2save it has improved immensely since first time I dealt with this Carphonewarehouse subsidiary.

You contacted me to offer me an updated contract and new mobile phone. You actually told me you were from EE, which was my current provider. At no time did you tell me that you were not EE. I had no reason not to accept your offer, thinking that you were my current provider. You then sent me a phone that had been out of service by EE for at least 7 months. Once I realised you were not EE and I did not wish to accept your offer and contract, I contacted you and sent the mobile back to you. I have now been without a working phone for 3 days and I have no idea what will happen next. I am going to report your service to Trading Standards as you are working fraudulently and you have left me in a great deal of mess to sort out.

I asked for my package to be delivered to no. 16 hawdene, to my neighbour and it wasn't it was taken back to depot I then checked website for alternate delivery and its only mon-fri I work mon to fri off every weekend but there is no slot for this. that's why I requested delivery to my neighbour So I am not happy at all

This phone does everything I want of a phone. It is quicker and has better definition than my previous phone and the camera is really good. Setting it up with everything I needed was a breeze. At the price I am paying why would anyone want an I-phone?

After trawling round every possible phone shop there is out there and being told the same old thing that they can't price match or do any deals for me because I had a specific budget (very dissatisfied) My husband found e2save on the internet . I will admit I was a bit dubious to start with, but after speaking to a lovely lady over the phone she gave me all the information I needed and best of all the exact deal I could afford where all the other phone shops wouldn't. Well worth taking your time looking for the best deals on e2save and save on the leg work . I will definitely go back to e2save again.

Buying the BlackBerry Classic was a big mistake on my part. I admit to not being very good with hi-tech and this is DEFINITELY the wrong phone for me. It is difficult to use, has TINY keys and a small screen which doesn't seem to respond easily to my thumb/fingers. Plus, I am sure that there is something wrong with it technically, the END CALL facility doesn't work. This means that I am going to have to go into a shop in town to see if I can get it sorted out, which I am not looking forward to. I dread going into mobile phone shops, which is the reason I shopped online in the first place. Also the refund policy operated by e2save is very harsh, you can't get any refund once you've inserted the Simcard and used the phone, but how many people will want a refund before doing that?! So in conclusion I would say that this has been a very bad buy on my part. And yes, I KNOW, I should have read the small print more carefully beforehand so I am to some extent the author of my own misfortune. We live and learn as they say. And my negative experiences with e2save have most certainly been a learning experience.

Quick delivery and great service.But I hadn't had the mobile contract a week and the the price of the contract went up! :-( so not happy about that.
