Awful customer service. Called regarding a return 3 times over a 8 day period. None of the chats had been logged,which meant I had to explain everything over again on each call. On the call today the customer rep said that I had never had an order processed and not been charged. I now have to provide a ridiculous amount of info to prove money was taken from my account for the handset and now I'm being charged for a monthly direct debit that I don't have . Avoid

Worse choice I made they sends me a phone and a sim the sim wasn't even the one they had to match so sending back as not happy carnt even get my name right.

Really disappointed with the service I got, I was told I would get the phone delivered on Saturday which was what I needed as had got it for my daughters birthday.just after midday I logged on my account and tracked the delivery in which it said I wouldn’t get it until Tuesday. This resulted in me going 20 miles to pick up the delivery on a bank holiday weekend. Sorry but this wasn’t good enough. Also not been informed when I would receive the £120 redemption fee. still don’t know, not clear enough when advertised.

I haven’t received this yet, bought on Friday with next day delivery and it hasn’t come. I understand it was bank holiday but the option for next day shouldn’t have been an option

Really poor experience so far. They delivered the wrong phone with a lower memory and I wouldn’t have spotted it but I checked the memory left once I uploaded my contacts. I called their customer service team who promised they would deliver the correct phone the day after. This hasn’t arrived but they have sent a label to return the incorrrect phone. I have to drive 5 miles to deliver this back. Looks like currently they want me to return the phone but haven’t delivered the new one so I will be without a phone. My advice to anyone using this company is to check the goods thoroughly when you get them as you may not have what you paid for.

Hi Jonathan, We're sorry to hear you received the incorrect handset. If an exchange is required, the new phone will be sent once we receive the device you wish to swap back at our warehouse. We'd recommend getting the phone sent back to us via DPD using the returns label provided. Please ensure you retain a proof of postage when sending the handset. I hope this information helps. customer service goes out the window once they get your money. It is a disgrace have requested on a number od occasions paper work for returning mobile to be told will be emailed.....still waiting

The line wasn't very clear, and I only heard Carphone Warehouse, as the caller. I now realise that I didn't buy from carphone warehouse at all. It was extremely embarrassing to go there to collect it, having purchased the phone from you As it turns out, I have an older "new" phone than carphone warehouse can provide. They were not pleased when I went to pick it up, especially when the salesman had told me the carphone warehouse would set it up for me when I collected the phone. If I had purchased the phone from them they would have set it up for free for me, but as I wasn't their customer I got charged £9.99.

I was led to believe by the sales lady that she was calling me from EE, she never told me it was a deal with Carphone warehouse. I only realised that wasn’t the case when the phone arrived and discovered it was Carphone warehouse. I spent lots f time o Hanging on the phone over 30 mins to get the issue resolved. I will never recommend the company, and will have no hesitation telling everyone I know to beware of the underhand sly way that the sales person applied to get business.

The telephone salesperson would not confirm who I had my contract with, when it expired, how much it was for etc etc. The saleman just insisted I would get a better deal and went on and on until I was convinced my contract was due for renewal. In fact i had only had my contract since may 2017 and it was for 24 months. I was not at all well when they contacted me and made me more and more confused until I finally accepted the new contract. When the call ended I imediately looked at my ee contract and realised I had been duped into another one which was not better and more expensive. I am very disappointed the salesman behaved in this manner to a vunerable older person.

You are uncontactable. You have rejected e-mails that I have sent. You try to charge £0.13p per minute to call you. You have NOT acknowledged the return of the proffered 'phone. Your very contact here suggests that you are still under the impression that a relationship exists between us when none does. You are a disgrace!!!

I PAID FOR PREPAID CREDIT FOR PAY AS YOU GO SIM BUT IT DID NOT COME PRELOADED . DESPITE REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT AND RESOLVE IT NO HELP FORTHCOMING FROM E2SAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
