“Some guy rang up the next day saying I could have got a better deal with him! Couldn't get hold of anyone to complain, carphone warehouse couldn't help. Won't be using again!! I bet this review won't get me an iPad”

“Delivery was next day and delivered on time within a 1hr time slot. Connection to the network provider was immediate. Website set up is good, but needing an email link for access in unorthodox. Customers services is fantastic , no long wait times and English call centre staff. Overall 5*”

“I have been very happy with my experience of ID Mobile. My phone arrived very promptly and the instructions to set up my new account with ID mobile were also promptly sent and very clear to understand. I chose to go with an upgraded apple 5 S and it is in excellent condition, looks brand new. Overall I am delighted and I have halved my rental tariff.”

“Got a brand new contract at a very good price for an iPhone 6s, better than any other deals I had seen! Registered my details online and within 5 mins had a confirmation email. Then within a couple of hours I had the email confirming my new contract and that my new phone would be delivered tomorrow which it was so very happy! Would definitely use again!”

“I bought a refurbed IPhone 6 for my son for xmas. It's in immaculate condition with charger. Cost me less than an iPhone 5 and is stunning. The service received was very quick, ordered Sunday morning and delivery would have been next day had I been available. Fantastic, this is the 3rd phone I have had from E2 save and will be sticking with them for future buys.”
