The process was quick and easy with e2save better than the high Street. It pays to shop around for the deals. I would use them again. I took my deals to carphone warehouse and they could get close to the deal.

The site is extremely easy to use. The staff were excellent and really helpful. The one downside is the telephone number it shouldn't be an 087 number that charges. There should be a regional number that you can call either from a mobile or landline without being charged.

I prepaid £10 so that the new phone would arrive and all that would be required is up to a 48 hr delay to have SIM/network activated. Yet 3 days later, I am still unable to use the phone. And no matter which numbers I am directed to dial, all I can make is emergency calls. So basically its junk.

I ordered an O2 iPhone 6s through E2save but received an email stating that my application had been rejected due to a credit check. O2 told me they never received my application and no credit check was carried out. E2save then told me that there was an admin error due to a system glitch and the email was sent by mistake. The email caused me a lot of hassle and confusion. In future, please don't send customers emails stating that the rejection was due to a credit check when it was due to a system error. Thankfully, E2save supplied my iPhone second time around, but it would have been far better to get it right first time.
