Hello Kirsty, Thank you for your review. I tried to call you today however you were unavailable. If you’ve received the wrong sized simcard I must apologise. In order to resolve this I recommend you contact Virgin directly on 0345 6000 789 and request a replacement sim. Soon as this has been received you can request a sim swap with Virgin network. Ordered iphone on Saturday pm, asked for it to be delivered Thursday, it was delivered on Monday and then received an email on Wednesday saying it would be delivered Monday !!

My phone did not come in a sealed package. The customer services were very helpful in replacing it but needed to collect the old phone before replacing it. Although that was collected on Monday, I am still waiting to hear (Wednesday today) when the new phone will be delivered. I am of course being charged for this contract from the date I originally ordered the phone.

Received call out of the blue offering to upgrade my contract as it was coming to an end. Sales Advisor offered a reduced monthly fee SIM only deal that suited my situation. I explained what kind of mobile I had and a new SIM was posted to me....... That's were everything started to go wrong. The SIM arrived but it was the wrong size. I rang customer services, 10p/min, who blamed EE for the SIM, even though an e2Save invoice was included in the package, then I was put on hold for 20min whilst customer services tried to contact EE. Finally through to EE customer services who passed me from dept to dept, was told a replacement SIM was £10 but a manager would waive the fee and then cut off after 40min on hold. I rang EE back and after another 20min on hold was given two options; be sent a new SIM in 4-5 days, or have the SIM upgraded by text, pretty easy decision..... But still waiting for the text 3 days later. Really can't understand how so many people, 6 in total, couldn't come up with a straightforward solution. A real waste of everyone's time. This probably happens day-in-day-out in every customer services centre in the UK. As the front to a huge company this kind of service just isn't good enough; a simple SIM upgrade, that probably happens 1000's of times a day, should take seconds, not over 1 1/2 hours.

people were very friendly on the phone and informative, received my new phone a Nokia Lumia 530. very nice phone. I haven't had it a month yet and I had trouble sliding the screen up to answer the phone or get onto the home page. It then froze and I can't use it, won't switch off because can't slide down screen to switch off. took the battery out damaged the screen, put battery back in. switched it on still won't do anything, frozen. rang up and they cut me off at 10pm coz that's when they finish. great...............going to have to ring again. not happy. this is the first piece of modern technology I have had, should have stuck to my old style phone at least it worked.

A good Deal but felt let down with time taken to port existing number to new sim. Received SIM /phone on Monday but only able to use new phone and existing number on Thur after 2nd support call online.

The service overall was fine, and the product and delivery was great. However, too many calls repeatedly to my mobile phone offering change of service, especially when I had already agreed to change my phone. I still kept getting calls offering an upgrade. This repeated hassling kept disrupting my working day

I was informed that help would be available when I picked up phone to transfer my data and to explain basic functions - this was not the case unless I was willing to pay £15 - not happy about this

I was happy with the product itself but I did not receive an instruction manual or data cables with the device and I thought that these should of come with the package deal.

All though i had a cracking deal on the phone with it being refurbed i was a little unhappy that it only came with a usb 2.0 cable and not the original 3.0 cable no headset and no box this upset me a little. Other than that fast delivery and the phone seems to be working just fine just a shame that i have to have it set to 2g when at home due to the signal for 3g on O2 being pore and 4G is non existent in my area with no idea of an arrival date.

Received my phone but had the problem of a cracked screen wasn't able to contact anyone on the phone, email, or find out how to do the online chat. Experience was very poor, there is no customer service. I had emailed twice and still waiting for a reply

Would have got Good or even very good but for asking me to ring back on a 0845 number at 10p a minute charge. They could have E-Mailed me or rang me as the call was only to confirm the details I had already provided. The call lasted 12 minutes and cost me £1.20 and I do not see any reason for it.

Ordered an upgrade on-line Great got a free gift Great but when phone turned out to be crap was told return both items when I only wanted to change phone or go to retailer so that's what I'll have to do so not so great!
