Am not satisfied at all cannot contact this company to complain feel I have been lied to monthly bill has gone up and was not told it was a 24month contract.Thought I was talking to carphone warehouse not e2save mt

Accepting offer was the easy part. The phone arrived as promised. Then you have to get the back off the Nokia phone to insert battery & sim card. Read instructions, struggled & damaged phone, back still on! Watched U-Tube video of process, even they were struggling. In desperation used pen knife & finally got back off, without further damage. My criticism here of e2save is them selling a phone, which has a major problem, without any hint. Luckily I have insurance which covers this. Trying to contact the call centre is abominable. It seems every conceivable trick is used to prevent you actually speaking to a human being. It was possible but what a struggle and then the long wait. I wished that I had not bothered.

Quite fast in responding when there is an error. Very careful in delivery the order and security check. After my order there no confirmation email was sent though it says at the end of the order promised there would be an email. Also, no email from VIP gadget helpline, make it hard for me to want to cancel because no ref number. This should be make optional like the phone-care insurance, so the buyer has the option to choose and not waste time in cancel after the order is received.

Service given ok with one exception - Please ensure all future prospective customers are clearly made aware prior to purchase of upgrade that service provider, namely O2, disconnect your existing SIM card from network as new phone is dispatched with live new SIM card and bearing in mind delivery can take 3-5 days you are without a mobile phone for that period. I was not impressed. Tried to sort problem on live chat with both phone provider and network provider who each in turn blamed the other party.

Hello Angela, Thank you for your review. I tried to contact you today but you were unavailable. If the deal was an upgrade your number would always be retained and you wouldn’t be billed for 2 contracts however if you agreed to a new contract it’s the customers responsibility to cancel the previous deal to avoid any further charges. I thought I was getting a good deal, but when I looked further into other deals. This wasn't the case, so phone returned and contract canceled. Decided to go into car phone warehouse shop, and got a much better deal.

I ordered a phone on a two year O2 contract and got told that they couldn't send it to me as they had run out and that they'd get back to me within 7 days. After 9 days of waiting, I got in touch with them and got told they'd had a system failure. Within this time I had to still use my old phone, which orange are now going to charge me for even though I only used it a week over the billing date. So thanks e2save, saved loads of money

The waterproof, dust proof features are really nice. Camera very good.But I would choose BB Z10 very easy to use, no nonsesne features. Apps plenty BBWorld, amazon appstore. HDMI, can replace battery myself, can extend memory, full HD. Just regret one thing, Should go for the BB again, instead of sony for my misses.

The phone deals seem good, but I did find the bit about changing the deal I'd originally chosen to a seemingly cheaper one confusing. I chose the deal that seemed cheaper not realizing it was a "cash back" deal and probably wouldn't have chosen this. I felt a bit mislead, but have settled for the cash back deal as I seemed to have committed myself to it unwittingly. I just hope I remember to send in the bills on the dates specified.

Was lied to about the phone I was told the phone I got was one below an s5 what a load of rubbish now I'm stuck with a 24 month contract with a rubbish phone

Was fine apart from the fact that they don't state the free gift arrives up to 72 hours after the phone has been delivered so its a bit of a con when you select a day which suits you to take delivery of what you've ordered.
