1) The deal was quite a good deal. 2) It is a shame that the refurbished S5 didn't come with the ear phones and manual. 3) E2Save raised the invoice for 6/4/15 and advised O2 of that date which caused a problem as O2 made the start date of the contract 6/4/15, Easter Monday, and the phone could not and did not arrive until 7/4/15 the Tuesday because of the holiday on the Monday. O2 then charged me for an extra day, the Monday 6/4/15, when I did not have the phone. After sometime in discussion with them they relented and have given me a refund for next month's payment for that day, 6/4/15. They told me that it was my phone/contract suppliers' fault, i.e. you, and not theirs and that I should refer the matter to you. I pointed out to them quite strongly that the contract could not start until I had the SIM and that did not occur until around 1225pm on 7/4/15. I believe E2Save should make sure in future that for any contract that starts after a Bank Holiday the Network Provider is properly aware of the accurate start date!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Product: Delighted Delivery: Really bad. ... I entered an alternative delivery address during the order process. It seemed to be accepted, with the website filling out the address details. Next day, the products were brought to my address, whilst I was not at home. I had to arrange another delivery day, then resend the package, at my expense, to the alternative address I had specified during the order process.

Quick delivery and great service.But I hadn't had the mobile contract a week and the the price of the contract went up! :-( so not happy about that.

Delivered as described and sim card works OK. However your website stated 250 mins and 500 mb and talk mobile say I have 200 mins and 250 mb. This does not matter to me but might to some.

i was disappointed that when I went to carphone warehouse for the transfer of files i was charged ££20 for the procedure A cost I was not informed of when purchasing the phone and also "samsung Kies" did not work transferring the data as it would only identify one phone at a time

Every time I have ordered from e2save I have had to follow up the online order with a phonecall. Why can't the online ordering process cope with the additional queries which generate the need for follow-up calls? Having to make time to phone, at my own expense, tarnishes what should be a straightforward process.

The Blackberry Classic was delivered very quickly and communication with the carrier was very good, keeping me informed several times as to the estimated delivery time which was met spot on. I had to buy the phone on line without having it seen first and discuss the functions with a fully trained sales person. I had bought the phone because it comes with an )2 contract. However, a guru in the shop who transferred my contacts over to the new phone told me that I had not a contract with them. O2 had been subcontracted to carry the traffic. Consequently I will loose locally available support by a real person rather than to have to rely on FAQ's and forums. Secondly, I had not been able to install my ntlword email address. The phone only provides preset fields for Google mail, Hotmail. The Guru could not help and referred me to the Virgin shop next. They could not help either. I rung Virgin and they gave me incorrect information over the phone. On the fourth day since having my phone I am still without my vital ntlworld email account. I am thinking of returning the phone. I had no such problem on the Blackberry Curve phone and naturally assumed that facilities would be the same if not better.

You’ve got 28 days for an exchange of the handset. Outside of the 28 days you have a 12 months warranty with any Carphone Warehouse store.
