Short one, was happy with the speed the phone was despatched to me but since ordering the phone I could have got a cheaper deal if I'd gone to car phone warehouse (£5 cheaper a month) for the exact same phone on the exact same tariff.

After reading some bad reviews the a cat back system i was a little nervous of buying from e2save however i have to say my experience was very fast efficient and made a great same for me on my monthly contract with ee i can recommend this service to anybody and i'm very happy with the process and i am the service i received

I bought a reconditioned phone for my granddaughter it came with no sim. I got a sim from the vodaphone shop but cannot register it so the phone is useless do not buy. I need cancel the contract

I have checked the delivery information and a sim card was sent with your handset. They are packaged separately from the phone, in a small plastic envelope. The young man I spoke with was charming, very polite and a pleasure to speak to......sadly I can't remember his name.......I love my up grade. ...am still learning all the different functions....The only problem I would say there is is the data is very slow to get certain sites on the internet i.e internet banking for one.......overall your service was excellent......Thank you

Buying the BlackBerry Classic was a big mistake on my part. I admit to not being very good with hi-tech and this is DEFINITELY the wrong phone for me. It is difficult to use, has TINY keys and a small screen which doesn't seem to respond easily to my thumb/fingers. Plus, I am sure that there is something wrong with it technically, the END CALL facility doesn't work. This means that I am going to have to go into a shop in town to see if I can get it sorted out, which I am not looking forward to. I dread going into mobile phone shops, which is the reason I shopped online in the first place. Also the refund policy operated by e2save is very harsh, you can't get any refund once you've inserted the Simcard and used the phone, but how many people will want a refund before doing that?! So in conclusion I would say that this has been a very bad buy on my part. And yes, I KNOW, I should have read the small print more carefully beforehand so I am to some extent the author of my own misfortune. We live and learn as they say. And my negative experiences with e2save have most certainly been a learning experience.

Very poor service! Clearly there is a major issue with the systems you operate as I had 3 phone calls after my order had been placed all after getting me to upgrade when in fact I had done this 2 weeks before. I was also told my phone would be here 3-5 days after order, took 2 weeks as it would only be despatched on the contract end date!

It's not possible to send out your order before the contract start date but you should have been fully informed. When you are eligible to upgrade it is normal to receive a lot of calls, however as you had already placed an order I can imagine this was frustrating for you. I look forward to hearing from you. The product itself is excellent, however after selling me an upgrade for two phones only one was sent out. For days I left message after message and asked for a call back but never got a response. Eventually I spoke with someone who attempted to resolve the matter. Instead, they almost performed a needless credit search, potentially impacting my credit file. Thankfully a helpful person stopped this going ahead and arranged for my additional handset to be sent. I thought this had resolved the matter and brought my frustration to an end. It then transpired that they had cut off the old SIM card leaving my wife without acess to outgoing calls until the following afternoon when the new phone arrived, four days late. Thanks for the upgrade, excellent price and deal, just poor service.
